Study On Optimized Application Of Security Filterand Filter Cartridges

Filter cartridges were widely used in various membrane systems.However,due to the complicated water quality of the influent water,there were many problems,such as frequent filter replacement,high labor cost replacement,high equipment procurement cost,and unstable membrane system operation.Through the research on the principle of security filter,the research of filter structure,and the research on the use of filter cartridges and the research on filter cleaning of filter cartridges,this paper proposed a plan to reduce the cost of security filter and filter cartridges,and verified the following problems: 1.Whether the service life of the filter could be increased by adding automatic washingon the security filter;2.Under the various typical water quality operating conditions,whether the filter cartridges could be cleaned and how to clean the filtercartridges;3,The cost of the flow filter compared to conventional meltblown filters and disposable high flow filters could be reduced.Finally,reasonable advice for enterprises was proposed to save energy and reduce emissions in filter operation field.
