Innovation has an important influence on an enterprise,it is the prerequisite for enterprise development and revitalization,the importance of innovation will not be allowed to be ignored by managers,therefore,the in-depth discussion and research of employees innovative behavior has very important value.Authorization is a new kind of modern enterprise management means,can motivate employees,drive employees to the forward development,break through bottlenecks,improve the level of innovation of existing employees.The success of authorization depends not only on the measures that the manager fully empowers,but also on the employee’s psychological perception of the manager’s authorized behavior.Under the Chinese situation,the research mechanism and way of the effect of psychological empowerment on employees’ innovative behavior,is a new perspective to answer the question,that is how to stimulate employees’ innovative behavior This study builds a theoretical research model and empirically verifies the theoretical model by deeply analyzing the relationship between psychological empowerment and employees’innovation behavior,psychological empowerment and intrinsic motivation,the relationship between intrinsic motivation and employee’s innovative behavior,and the intermediation effect of internal motivation.Finally,according to the empirical research results,combined with the overall development of enterprises,It provides enterprises with a series of management recommendations to enhance employee innovation behaviorFirst of all,according to the results of the questionnaire,we collected and organized the relevant data.This study takes the mature scale as the measurement tool.In this study,a total of 169 valid samples were collected from employees of the W company in Hebei Province Through the processing and analysis of questionnaire data by statistical analysis software,the analysis mainly involves the validity test and reliability test of the quality of the questionnaire,the correlation analysis and regression analysis among variables,and the results further verify the accuracy of the theoretical model constructed in this study.The results show that work meaning,self-efficacy(dimension of psychological empowerment)and intrinsic motivation variables are all conducive to the emergence of employees’ innovation behavior,they are positively correlated,and work meaning,self-efficacy sense(dimension of psychological empowerment)are also beneficial to the generation of intrinsic motivation,and they also have positive correlation.The intrinsic motivation exerts an intermediary effect.Finally,according to the results of the study,it is suggested to enhance the cognitive level of employee’s psychological empowerment,the manager to keep pace with the times,and constantly stimulate the employee’s internal motivation.
