Structured-color optical materials with bright colors and never fading have attractive application prospects in the fields of sensors and anti-counterfeiting.The disordered optical structure is beneficial to the revolutionary progress of anti-counterfeiting technology because of its physical unclonable advantage.In this dissertation,a multi-layered tag that displays color when exposed to water is introduced by introducing an intermediate layer that becomes transparent with water,and a random arrangement of disordered optical structure microspheres through artificial intelligence to develop a physical non-clonable anti-counterfeit tag based on structural color.Furthermore,through the introduction of intelligent polymer networks in disordered optical structures,self-healing structural color nanocomposite films with dual induced changes in stress and temperature have been developed.Special structural color changes will promote practical applications in the fields of structural color material display and anti-counterfeiting..The physical non-clonable advanced structure color anti-counterfeiting technology developed in this paper will add a new dimension to the current anti-counterfeiting technology.The specific research content is as follows:1.Multi-mode structural-color anti-counterfeiting label based on physically unclonable amorphous photonic structures with convenient artificial intelligence authenticationBy introducing a water-transparent coating between the disordered optical structure coating and the black background coating,this paper designs and develops a multi-mode structure anti-counterfeiting tag with physical non-clonable properties for identification using Al.The special structure and optical characteristics of the disordered optical structure give this security label a triple security mode.The hidden disordered optical structure pattern can display the structural color in water,and can be discerned by the naked eye without any equipment;correspondingly,the anti-counterfeiting label has a reflection spectrum of about 30 nm in dry and wet states,which can be portable The spectrometer distinguishes this as the structural color characteristic property.Moreover,the random arrangement of colloidal particles in the disordered optical structure causes a physical unclonable function,which can be identified by AI.Compared with traditional photonic crystal tags,the new anti-counterfeiting technology based on disordered optical structure developed in this research has obvious advantages in physical non-clonable function,and compared with other tags with random structure,it has portable color anti-counterfeiting.Mode and more environmentally friendly attributes.This advanced anti-counterfeiting technology bridges the gap between verified portability and ultimate security,so it is of great significance in the security of confidential documents,currencies,medicines or other expensive commodities.2.Mechanical and temperature dual-response structural color nanocomposite film with self-repairing performanceCo-assembly of temperature-sensitive response monomer isopropylacrylamide(NIPAm)and poly(styrene-methyl methacrylate-acrylic acid)(P(St-MMA-AA))latex ball to prepare dual stress-temperature response structure color nanocomposite film.By means of the shrinkage of the volume hydrogel caused by the phase transition of polyisopropylacrylamide at high temperature,effective control of the arrangement of colloidal microspheres in the disordered structure and the structural color of the nanocomposite film on the macroscopic scale is achieved.The introduction of nanoclay,a physical cross-linking agent,on the one hand,improves the mechanical properties of the hydrogel,and makes the structured color hydrogel exhibit excellent tensile properties and stress discoloration.On the other hand,the reversibility of physical cross-linking gives water gel self-healing properties.The self-healing structured color hydrogel with dual response of stress and temperature developed in this part of work has important application prospects in the fields of display and anti-counterfeiting.
