| With the development of iron and steel enterprises,the production of steel slag isincreasing year by year.How to deal with and recycle steel slag is an important issue for iron and steel enterprises in various countries.Increasing the capacity of steel slag treatment and improving the treatment process can reduce the limited land resources occupied by steel slag,and also reduce the impact of steel slag on the environment.At present,most of the small and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises in China are backward in the processing line,and there are problems such as insufficient capacity,low level of automation,poor working environment and high work intensity.This paper mainly deals with the research and design of 300000 tons of steel slag treatment line system in an iron and steel enterprise.It studies a set of automatic control system used in the steel slag treatment line to improve the steel slag treatment capacity,realize remote control,improve the working environment and reduce the working intensity.By analyzing and studying the main equipment and technological process of the treatment line,this paper determines the functional requirements of the whole system,and also determines the technical indicators to be achieved after the completion of the system commissioning,and puts forward the design idea and framework diagram of the whole system.The hardware part is mainly studied from the following aspects: Based on the speed regulation principle of three-phase AC motor,the characteristics and application occasions of various speed regulation systems are analyzed,and the speed regulation system adopted in this paper is determined with the electromagnetic slip clutch speed regulation system;based on the electrical control principle,the electrical schematic design and component selection of the power cabinet are completed,and the PLC is the core controller of the system.According to the principle of serial communication and network communication,the communication protocol of modbus,MPI and S7 is applied to realize the data interaction and control of master-slave station,establish the communication mode of Modbus dual master-slave station,improve the data update rate and communication reliability.The software part mainly studies from the following aspects: through in-depth analysis of the control principle of the equipment,sorting out the similar parts of the control,designing and writing the common subprogram,simplifying the program architecture,reducing the programming and debugging workload;according to the control requirements,the programflow of the data acquisition module and the device control module is proposed,and the Modbus communication program and the MPI communication program are completed.The development of program modules,such as network communication program,common subprogram,stand-alone start stop program,automatic start stop program,etc.between PLC and PLC,the application of structural variables,the use of VBS language to write script language,the realization of the association between configuration software screen and process variables,the simplification of screen framework,the reduction of software screen design and debugging workload,the software screen has achieved intuitive and easy operation.Design objective: using S7-PLCSIM to carry out program and picture simulation and test to realize the initial debugging and verification of the whole system;finally,PLC I / O debugging,data acquisition debugging,single machine start stop debugging and one key start stop debugging are carried out on the production site respectively,and the optimization design is carried out for the modifications proposed by customers in the use process.At present,the automation control system designed in this paper has been put into use formally.The system runs well,and the processing capacity of the processing line meets the design requirements.The automation level is relatively high.Only a small number of personnel can guarantee the normal production of the production line and basically meet the needs of customers. |
