Cancer is one of the most important threats to human’s health. The intelligent nanoparticles have become a hot spot for cancer treatment owing to their excellent performance, especially the inorganic nanoparticles.Because the inorganic nanoparticldes have many excellent properties and can play an important role in cancer therapy. In this article, the properties of inorganic nanoparticles were mainly studied with four parts. In the first part,a combination of two templating agents was used to prepare the mesoporous silica with improving the sol-gel synthesis method. Then, the mesoporous silica was utilized to carry drugs as a drug delivery. It was found that mesoporous silica has uniform particle size with no toxicity, and obviously controlled release behavior in vitro.Based on the results above, mesoporous silica was modified with the chitosan and polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether on the surface by urethane bond using IPTS(3-Isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane)to highlight the sensitive to the p H circumstance. And the anti-cancer experiment results of co-culture between nanoparticles and the tumor cells had shown that the nanoparticles had the ability of p H responsiveness. In the third part, based on the latest researches on tumor therapy,nano-copper sulfide was synthesized. And then, the doxorubicin hydrochloride and folic acid were assembled into the nano-copper sulfide particles(FA-DOX@Cu S/CS).FA-DOX@Cu S/CS also had the excellent properties of p H-response,tumor-targeting and photo-thermotherapy.In the fourth part,we found the synergistic function between nano copper sulfide and polydopamine in photothermal effect. In summary, smart nanoparticles have great potential in tumor therapy.
