| As people’s awareness of protecting the environment is increasing,degradable plastics have entered people’s vision.Biomass-based composite materials have attracted more and more attention due to their advantages of low price,good environmental protection,and easy availability of raw materials.Using waste rice husk powder as the raw material,the polymer-based / rice husk powder composite material prepared by the blending method can not only give agricultural and forestry waste one more application route,but also make the prepared composite material have degradable properties,which are environmentally friendly.Has positive benefits.However,due to the immature process and the great difference in properties between rice husk powder and polyethylene,many problems have arisen in the process of preparing rice husk powder / polyethylene composite materials.This thesis uses rice husk powder and low-density polyethylene as raw materials by blending methods to study the processing temperature,rice husk powder content and water content,the type of lubricant,the type and amount of coupling agent and the compatibility and processing of composite materials.Performance and mechanical properties.The experiment shows that when the processing temperature is 140 ℃,has the comprehensive performance best;the most suitable addition amount of rice husk powder is 50%;the fluidity,waterproofness and hydrophobicity of the coupling agent on the surface of the composite material The performance is not as good as lubricants,but it has excellent performance in mechanical properties.Among them,the silane coupling agent KH570 has the best effect on improving the mechanical properties of composite materials,and ethylene bisstearic acid amide has the best lubrication effect on the materials.The higher the moisture content of rice husk powder,the worse the tensile and bending strength of the composite material,but the impact strength is significantly improved. |
