| Glass furnace is specialized in processing tempered glass equipment.Through the investigation,it is found that the existing glass tempering furnace model has no outstanding highlights,and its features are relatively single;the tempering furnace products produced by various manufacturers can not significantly reflect their own brand features in the model,and the brand image is not clear.How to thoroughly analyze the modeling characteristics of glass furnace,master the design ideas of modeling characteristics from a deeper level,and improve the market competitiveness and modeling recognition ability of glass furnace is the focus of this paper.In this paper,the gene transfer theory in biology is introduced into the field of product modeling design.The vertical and horizontal gene transfer paths in this theory are used as the design ideas of product modeling feature inheritance and variation.First of all,through the investigation and analysis of the glass furnace,summarized the current situation of the glass furnace modeling development and the shortcomings of the glass furnace of the Express brand in the modeling.Secondly,generate the research samples of modeling,and use the morphological analysis method to decompose the sample modeling to form the morphological element matrix.Thirdly,taking the vertical transfer path of gene as the research idea,using the research methods such as perceptual image evaluation,principal component analysis and factor analysis,the morphological elements are studied and judged to determine the morphological elements that influence the modeling by genetic mode.Fourthly,taking the horizontal transfer path of gene as the research idea,using Delphi method,fuzzy analysis and other research methods,the morphological elements are studied and judged to determine the morphological elements that affect the modeling by variation mode.Fifthly,construct the isomorphic model of horizontal transfer morphological elements,combine the horizontal transfer morphological elements with the alien morphological elements in the way of isomorphism,and then change.Finally,based on the morphological elements of the two paths,the overall conceptual sketch scheme is drawn,and the model is established,and finally the optimal design of the modeling of the glass tempering furnace of Yuntong is completed.Based on the combination of gene transfer theory and the design practice of tempering furnace,this paper studies and judges the shape element of glass tempering furnace through a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis,and designs a scheme with outstanding product modeling characteristics and innovation,which provides a reference for the modeling design of other large machinery. |
