Mixed Zanba:Cultural Sharing Beyond Boundaries

This article is taken the Tibetan diet Zanba in the southern Gansu and the edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau as the research object,and the theory and method of Ethnology and anthropology of food are used to analyze and study it.This article will take Zanba,which is shared by all ethnic groups in Gannan and plays a role of link in the relationship of all ethnic groups,as the main line to make a comprehensive cultural interpretation of Gannan’s food.In-depth explore the reasons why Zanba has become a shared food culture of all ethnic groups in Gannan,the construction of the unique feelings of the people of all ethnic groups in Gannan,and discuss the fusion between ethnic groups in Gannan through Zanba.Taking Tibetan food Zanba as the breakthrough point,we can understand Gannan food culture,and give food,people and ethnic groups unique significance through Zanba.This article is divided into three parts: the first part is the introduction part,which first introduces the reason of the topic,and combs the research related to this topic;the second part is the body part,which is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the field;The second chapter mainly introduces the raw materials,production technology and types of Zanba.the third chapter mainly introduces the cultural space of Zanba from the principal part,time and place,combs the historical records of Zanba from the literature,and introduces the cultural extension of Zanba from the three aspects of taste inheritance,faith inheritance and skill inheritance.The fourth chapter,mainly from the cultural dissemination,cultural identity and cultural sharing to analyze the reasons why Zanba has become the sharing culture of all ethnic groups in Gannan.The third part is the conclusion part,It is the summary of enjoy Zanba culture of all ethnic groups in Gannan and thinking about the reasons behind Gannan people’s taking Zanba as the sharing culture and shaping their emotional memory.
