Study On The Influence Of Public Quality And External Environment On Public Acceptance Of Reclaimed Water

Water is the origin of life and the basic and strategic resource on which mankind depends.Currently,many countries in the world have water shortages.Reclaimed water,as a complementary water source of natural water,has significant economic and environmental benefits,and can achieve a good cycle of water ecology.With the gradual acceleration of my country’s industrialization process,the amount of sewage treatment is steadily rising,but the reuse rate of recycled water is still at a low level.The public is the main body of direct use of reclaimed water,and its positive acceptance of reclaimed water is the key to the success of the reclaimed water promotion plan.Based on this,this study reviews and analyzes the existing theoretical research on the acceptance of reclaimed water by combining relevant domestic and foreign research,and combined with China’s unique social and cultural background,we have constructed public quality,information disclosure,subjective norms,policy environment,and acceptance A hypothetical model of the relationship between attitude and willingness to accept,and taking the public in Xi’an as the survey object,a total of 400 questionnaires were issued,and 327 valid questionnaires were recovered.Using SPSS and AMOS software to enter and analyze the collected questionnaires,the final conclusion was drawn.Corresponding conclusions and policy recommendations.Based on the survey data,the SEM model was tested and the following conclusions were drawn: Acceptance attitude positively affects the willingness to accept,of which subjective norms are the main factors affecting the acceptanceattitude of recycled water,information disclosure and public quality are secondary factors,and the policy environment’s attitude towards the acceptance of recycled water The impact is not significant,and there is a complete mediating effect between acceptance attitude and subjective norms and willingness to accept,information disclosure and willingness to accept.The research results can explain the reason why the public’s attitude towards reclaimed water is not positive to a certain extent,and provide a theoretical reference for the actual improvement of the public’s acceptance of reclaimed water and the promotion of reclaimed water;for the improvement of China’s reclaimed water project related systems(such as participation system,information Open system,etc.)Provide reference;provide reference for the government to formulate relevant strategies for recycled water.
