In this paper,on the basis of the division of the "water ten" control unit,the principle of division of the control unit of the Benxi section of the Taizi River is divided into 6 control units,such as the South Taizi River Intake River in the South Taizi River,the Guanyinge Reservoir of The Taizi River Benxi City,the old official of Taizi Hebenxi City,etc.,of which 2 core control units,3 priority control units,1 general control unit,and 1:25 million DEM,arcGISScreening COD and ammonia nitrogen as control indicators,using the single-factor pollution index method,the 2016-2018 state-controlled,provincial-controlled section water quality evaluation,the results show that:the Laoguanlazi section in June and July 2018 COD is not up to standard,Xing’an April 2016,December 2017 and January 2018,ammonia nitrogen was not up to standard,and the ammonia nitrogen standard sedited in April 2016,April and May 2018In 2016 as the base year,the statistical method and the hydro-splitting method were used to analyze the pollution load of control unit point source and surface source respectively,and the results showed that the pollution of the surface source in this stream was outstanding,and the highest contribution rate of xing’an pollution load was high,followed by the Laoguanlazi and the Xi riverUsing MIKE11 water quality model,the water quality model of the Laoguanlazi and Xing’an control unit and the control unit of Xi river Benxi city of Taizi Hebenxi is constructed,and the parameter rate and verification of the model are determined and verified,the results show that:Guanyinge reservoir exit-Laoguanlazi section,COD,ammonia nitrogen attenuation coefficient is 0.14(d-1),respectively 0.16(d-1),Laoguanlazi-Xing’an section COD,ammonia nitrogen attenuation coefficient is 0.12(d-1),0.14(d-1);Design different pollutant emission reduction scheme sit on the status of pollutant emission and water quality response relationship simulation of 3 excellent control units,the results show that:the old official mule control unit water quality COD exceeds the standard,need to reduce the surface source pollution load 352.73 t/a;The differential management scheme of control unit is proposed.Two core control units implement the target total amount management,3 excellent control units to implement total capacity management,and 1 general control unit enterprise implement technology-based emission standards.
