After the human society entered the industrial civilization,With the constant renewal and change of productivity and production relations,mankind has accelerated the exploitation and utilization of nature,while promoting rapid economic and social development,it has also made the contradiction between man and nature more prominent,facing the increasingly serious environmental problems.Therefore,more and more people realize that the era of industrial civilization is coming to an end,and a new civilization will come along with it,becoming the mainstream of national thought.In recent years,with the implementation and improvement of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development policy,it not only promoted the common development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,but also injected new vitality into the development of north China.But at the same time,we must realize that there are still many problems to be solved,and air pollution is one of them.The problem of air pollution in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region continues to be serious,and the existing statistics provide an intuitive reflection.In 2014,the average number of days in the province was only 41.6 percent,and among the 74 major cities in the country,seven were in the bottom ten cities.In 2015,through difficult governance,there were still six seats in the list.At present,the haze pollution in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has certain particularity,and its complex causes have not been settled yet,and it belongs to a new pollution which is different from the air pollution in the past.It is the appearance of this new type of pollution that has caused great obstacles to the thorough governance.And the atmosphere of the current governance measures has exposed many problems,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei government coordination mechanisms lack of long-term,insufficient supervision and law enforcement,environmental pollution sources on such problems as insufficient,the public environmental awareness need to be addressed.Throughout the history of human development,the process of industrialization has always been accompanied by environmental pollution,which is one of the important issues that every country inevitably has in the process of development.The world's first industrialized countries-Britain,and later the rise of the United States,Japan,Germany and other capitalist powers are inevitable in the process ofindustrialization,atmospheric pollution control air pollution of the measures and experience of these countries still worth learning and using for reference in today.
