| In recent years,with the development of society and the progress of science and technology,economic and social activities have a growing impact on the natural environment,leading to the destruction of the ecological environment.The ecological problems caused by this have become increasingly serious,and are gradually expanding.China’s spatial planning and deployment has been fully launched,but the construction of the spatial planning system is still lagging behind.In this context,it is particularly important to carry out the study on the correlation between ecological environment sensitivity assessment and ecological environment control zoning.This paper takes Chengde City as the research area,and its leading ecological function is wind-proof,sand-fixing and water conservation.Therefore,according to the actual situation of the study area,and optimize the reference index system.The comprehensive evaluation system of ecological environment sensitivity was constructed by selecting 9 factors,such as soil,vegetation and precipitation,to analyze its ecological status.Based on ArcGIS platform,the sensitivity of soil erosion and land desertification in2009,2013 and 2017 were evaluated,and the temporal and spatial evolution law of soil erosion and land desertification was explored.The sensitivity of soil erosion and land desertification is superimposed by the method of comprehensive index,and the grade distribution map of ecological environmental sensitivity in the comprehensive evaluation study area was obtained.The purpose is to explore the ecological environment sensitivity of Chengde City.Based on the natural environment characteristics of the study area,the zoning of land spatial ecological environment management and control is put forward,in order to provide references for strengthening ecological protection of important regions,optimizing land spatial development pattern and formulating ecological restoration measures scientifically in Chengde City.The main results are as follows:(1)By evaluating the sensitivity of soil erosion and desertification in Chengde from2009 to 2017,the sensitivity distribution and temporal and spatial evolution law of soil erosion and desertification were obtained.Soil erosion sensitivity and land desertification sensitivity in Chengde City are mainly insensitive,mild and moderate sensitive.The area of three grades of soil erosion decreased from 34385km~2 in 2009 to 31746km~2 in 2017,while the area of severe sensitive and extreme sensitive increased by 1908.7km~2 and 729.47km~2,respectively.The area of three grades of land desertification insensitive,mildly sensitive and moderate sensitive decreased from 31244km~2 to 24568km~2,and the area of severe sensitive and extreme sensitive increased by 4929.8km~2 and 1746.8km~2,respectively.The sensitivity of soil erosion and desertification is on the rise.The severe sensitive and extreme sensitive areas of soil erosion are scattered,and the severe sensitive areas are mainly distributed in Yudaokou Township of Weichang County,Tucheng Township and Kulongshan Township of Fengning County,Xinglong County and Kuancheng County.The extreme sensitive areas are mainly located near water systems,towns and roads,while the insensitive areas are mainly located in forest farm operation areas and dense forest areas with better vegetation.The severe sensitive and extreme sensitive areas of land desertification are distributed in the Bashang Plateau of Chengde City,while the insensitive areas are concentrated in the central and southern parts of Chengde City.(2)According to the results of three-stage soil erosion and desertification assessment,the comprehensive assessment map of ecological environment sensitivity and its distribution range were obtained.The most sensitive area of Chengde is the moderate sensitive area,with an area of21363.76km~2,accounting for 54.06%of the total area of the city;the second is the severe sensitive area,with an area of 8841.03km~2,accounting for 22.37%;the third part is the insensitive area and the mildly sensitive area,with an area of 4414.06km~2 and 3156.36km~2,accounting for 11.17%and 7.99%respectively;the smallest area is the extreme sensitive area,with an area of 1741.76km~2,accounting for 4.41%.The extreme sensitive areas are mainly distributed in the Bashang Plateau,and scattered in other areas.(3)The management and control zones of land,space and ecological environment in Chengde City are delineated,and the measures and suggestions suitable for local development are put forward for different control zones.According to the comprehensive evaluation results of ecological environment sensitivity and the characteristics of the natural structure consistency,the integrity of township administrative region,the importance of ecological problems and the change of soil erosion and desertification grade in the study area,the study area was divided into seven parts:the restoration area of land desertification in Bashang Plateau,the key restoration area of land desertification in Bashang Plateau,the key restoration area of soil erosion in Jibei Mountains,the restoration area of soil erosion in Jibei and Yanshan Mountains,the ecological conservation area of Jibei and Yanshan Mountains,the control area of soil erosion in Yanshan Mountains and the optimization area of Yanshan Mountains and Hills.According to the actual situation of different control zones,the corresponding measures or suggestions are put forward.This paper can provide reference for the study of ecological environment sensitivity in Chengde,and provide ideas for strengthening ecological protection in important regions,optimizing land spatial development pattern and ecological restoration measures of Landscape,forest,field,Lake grass in Chengde. |
