With the rapid development and innovation of science and technology,electronic products have been updated faster and faster,and the service life of electronic products has been shortened correspondingly.As a result,the number of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment(WEEE)has rapidly increased and effective recycling has become a social problem to be solved urgently.In recent years,with the rise of Internet e-commerce,the popularity of mobile Internet,and the implementation of China’s "Internet +" action plan,the "Internet + Recycling" model has broken through the technical bottlenecks and information barriers in previous recycling model transactions,which has a huge impact on the traditional recycling model.Based on the above background,this paper uses evolutionary game theory to construct and analyze the e-waste recycling game model based on government,enterprises and consumers as the main body.Then simulate and analyze the evolution trend of the three parties based on the system dynamics model.The main research content is as follows:1.The e-waste recycling system is analyzed from the perspective of a complex system.On this basis,the game relationship between the various elements of the system is identified and analyze the interests of the government,enterprises,and consumers,which can help obtain the tactical choices of these three entities in the electronic waste recycling system.2.Use evolutionary game theory to analyze the game behaviors of three participating entities in government,enterprises,and consumers in e-waste recycling system.Draw a causality diagram,and then analyze the game evolution process among the three participating entities.Establish an evolutionary game model and use replication dynamic differentiation to analyze the stability of the model and find the equilibrium state of the model.3.Based on the evolutionary game model,the system dynamics theory is used to simulate the evolutionary game model.Explore the causality among the government,enterprises,and consumers,study the factors that affect the recycling of e-waste,and establish a system flow chart of the evolutionary game model of e-waste recycling based on system dynamics.In the process of electronic waste recycling,study the expected benefits o f government,enterprises,and consumers under various strategic choices to determine the key factors affecting the recycling of e-waste and explore ways to make e-waste recycling work smoothly.And measures.4.According to the dynamic evolution of the three stakeholders involved in the e-waste recycling system,the management countermeasures for e-waste recycling are proposed from the perspective of government,enterprises and consumers.
