Pressure straightener is the key process equipment to improve the straightness of the workpiece.In the process of pressure straightening,the straightening precision largely depends on the accuracy of the straightener itself.However,after a period of straightening processing,the error caused by the process of manufacturing and assembly,the deformation of the load structure of the machine tool,and the structural error of the transmission system,etc.will affect the straightening accuracy of the pressure straightener.Error compensation technology is an economic and effective means of improving the machining accuracy of the machine tool.In order to improve the machining accuracy of the pressure straightener,this paper studies the geometry error modeling and geometric error compensation techniques of the pressure straightener.It mainly did the following researches:1.Based on the brief introduction of the principle and technology of straightening and straightening,the error sources of straightening machine were analyzed,and the geometric error of the key parts of the straightener was analyzed as the main error of the straightener.The topological structure and coordinate transformation matrix of the pressure straightener were expounded and deduced.Based on the theory of multibody system,the geometric error model of the pressure straightener was set up.2.According to the characteristics of the structure of pressure straightening machine,using laser interferometer measurement method,aiming at different feed speed and acceleration,measurement and data processing of the pressure straightening machine position error,and laid the foundation of Compensation of the positioning error of pressure straightening machine.3.Several common error compensation methods were compared and the software compensation method was selected.Based on the VS MFC development platform and using the C++ language,the geometric error compensation software for the pressure straightener was designed and developed.The function of the geometric error compensation software was introduced in detail.The error compensation algorithm was developed.The compensation software interface was specifically designed to realize error measurement,individual error element identification and separation,comprehensive geometric error model establishment,offline correction of NC code and geometry Error compensation.4.Based on laboratory self-developed pressure straightening machine for error compensation experiment,the positioning error of each moving axis of the pressure straightening machine was compensated,and the error compensation effect was analyzed.The linear guideway was selected as the straightening processing experimental object,and the geometry was separately performed.The straightening machining experiment before and after the error compensation and the error compensation result were analyzed.The experimental results show that after the pressure straightening machine compensates for the error,the machining accuracy of the pressure straightening machine was obviously improved.
