Deoxynivalenol(DON),one of the common mycotoxins,is widely detected in food and feed contaminated by mildew, and has been one of the most harmful mycotoxins not only for its threat to human health, but also the impact on husbandry economics. Therefore, the removal of DON has received widespread attention in recent years. This research, for the first time, aims at the control of DON using environmentally friendly montmorillonite(Mt)which was modified by polymeric hydroxy metal cations through pillaring effect to enlarge the interlayer spacing. The adsorption performance of DON was studied by ultra performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometer(UPLC-MS/MS)at pH 2.0 and 6.8 to simulate the gastrointestinal environment of animals. The main research contents and results are as follows:1.A1 and Fe pillaring agents were prepared respectively according to AlCl3,FeCl3 and NaOH solution are mixed,Ti pillaring solution was prepared TiCl4 is mixed with HCl solution predetermined pillaring solution was added to the Mt suspension, the resulting dispersion was stirred washed, centrifuged, drying, high temperature roasting and the like to obtain a series of inorganic pillared montmorillonite. The XRD and BET studies show that the spacing and specific surface area of the montmorillonite after columnaring are significantly increased. The EDX results show that the metal ions in the pillaring agents are successfully inserted into the montmorillonite layer. The FTIR and SEM show that the pillaring agents don’t have a significant effect on the morphology of the montmorillonite.2.The adsorption performance of inorganic pillared montmorillonite on DON was studied by simulating the pH environment of animal gastrointestinal environment(pH 6.8 and pH 2.0).The MRM model in UPLC-MS/MS was used for quantitative analysis. The experimental results showed that:The adsorption rates of 1.00-Al-Mt to DON at pH 6.8 and pH 2.0 were 27.08%and 23.60%,respectively.The adsorption rates of 1.00-Ti-Mt to DON were 27.37%and 23.44%,respectively.The adsorption effect of 0.50-Fe-Mt on DON was poor, and the adsorption rates were 21.81%and 15.97%,respectively.For aluminum-iron pillared montmorillonite, the adsorption capacity of 0.50-Al/Fe 21-Mt is the best at pH 6.8,the adsorption rate is 31.66%,and the adsorption capacity of 1.00-Al/Fe 51-Mt is the best at pH 2.0,the adsorption rate is 28.15%;For aluminum-titanium pillared montmorillonite, the adsorption rate of 1.00-Al/Ti 11-Mt at pH 6.8 is 26.07%,and the adsorption rate of 0.50-Al/Till-Mt at pH 2.0 is 30.57%;For iron-titanium pillared montmorillonite, the adsorption rate of 1.00-Fe/Ti 15-Mt at pH 6.8 is 22.60%,and the adsorption rate of 0.50-Fe/Ti15-Mt at pH 2.0 is 23.50%3.By studying the adsorption performance of DON on the addition of inorganic pillared montmorillonite,it is found that the adsorption rate of DON by inorganic pillared montmorillonite increases with the addition amount. When the addition up to 2.0 mg,the adsorption rate is stable and reaches a maximum value. The adsorption rates of Al-Mt,Ti-Mt and Fe-Mt at pH 6.8 were 34.06%,30.05%and 24.02%,respectively.The adsorption rates at pH 2.0 were 28.63%,27.87%and 18.72%,respectively.In the study of the addition amount of Al/Fe-Mt,the adsorption rates at pH 6.8 and pH 2.0 were 32.64%and 22.47%,respectively In the study of Al/Ti-Mt addition, the adsorption rates at pH 6.8 and pH 2.0 were respectively 33.38%and 21.53%.In the Fe/Ti-Mt addition study, the adsorption rates at pH 6.8 and pH 2.0 were 25.87%and 32.44%,respectively4.By studying the adsorption and desorption kinetics of DON on inorganic pillared montmorillonite,it was found that at pH 6.8 and pH 2.0,the adsorption rate of DON by inorganic pillared montmorillonite tends to be stable at 120 min.The maximum adsorption rates of Al-Mt,Ti-Mt,Al/Ti 11-Mt and Al/Fe 21-Mt are 34.46%,32.52%,35.67%and 31.21%,respectively.The kinetic adsorption model demonstrates that the adsorption kinetics at pH 2.0 conform to the Pseudo second order. It indicates that there is chemical adsorption in the adsorption process of DON by inorganic pillared montmorillonite.During the desorption kinetics study, the desorption rate of DON was maintained below 8%for 660 min,it can be seen that the adsorption of DON by inorganic pillared montmorillonite is relatively stable.
