| Fuel cells has many advantages,such as environmentally friendly,efficient and low toxicity.However,problems such as insufficient catalytic performance of catalysts hinder the in-depth development and application of fuel cells.Therefore,the preparation of high-performance fuel cell catalysts is the key to further develop fuel cells.Thus improving the noble metal Pd and Pt of catalytic performance is an urgent problem to be solved.It is well known that the catalytic activity of catalyst is closely related to the structural morphology,size and elemental composition of the catalyst.In this paper,dendritic Pd and icosahedral PtPdCu nanocrystal catalysts were prepared by solvothermal method,the prepared nanocrystals were characterized by TEM,HRTEM,STEM,ICP,XRD,XPS,EDX,and the alcohol and the formic acid oxidation performance of the sample is tested by using an electrochemical working station,comparing with the Pd black and the Pt black,the prepared nano-crystal has higher catalytic activity and stability.This article uses Dihydrate and trisodium citrate,ascorbic acid as reducing agent,decamethyltrimethylammonium bromide and cetyltrimethylammonium chloride as surfactants,acetylacetonate platinum,acetylacetonate palladium,acetylAcetone copper,sodium tetrachloropalladium as precursor,water,N,N-dimethylformamide,oleylamine as solvent,respectively,synthesize dendritic Pd and PtPdCu nanocrystalline catalyst with uniform structure,size,with good reproducibilityThe catalytic performance of dendritic Pd catalysts for formic acid,PtPdCu nanocrystal catalysts for ethanol were tested in a standard three-electrode system.The catalytic oxidation activity and stability of dendritic Pd and PtPdCu was better than commercial Pd black and commercial Pt black.The mass activity of the dendritic Pdnanocrystal catalyst was 9 times higher than commercial Pd black.After 1 hour of electrochemical stability test,the residual current density value of the dendritic Pd nanocrystal catalyst was 13.7 times higher than commercial Pd black.The catalytic activity of the 24 h PtPdCu nanocrystal catalyst was 3.5 times higher than commercial Pt black and 4.5 times higher than the commercial Pd black.After 1 hour of electrochemical stability test,the current density of the PtPdCu nanocrystal was 49 times higher than the commercial Pt black,and the morphology was almost unchanged. |
