Tissue engineering technology which integrates biology,medicine,chemistry and other disciplines breaks the limitations of traditional medical treatments and provides a new idea for the treatment of severe bone tuberculosis.As the core of bone tissue engineering,the material and structure of bone tissue engineering scaffold are essential to promote the repair of bone defect and cure bone tuberculosis.Graphene oxide is safe and non-toxic to our body.The surface-rich functional group gives it its excellent physical and chemical properties.So it was widely used in biomedical fields such as drug carriers,bone repair,etc.In this paper,graphene oxide,hydroxyapatite and polyvinyl alcohol were selected as bone tissue engineering scaffold materials.We used rapid prototyping manufacturing technology to prepare bone tissue engineering scaffolds.Then study the influence of graphene oxide on the structure and performance of composite bone tissue engineering scaffolds.Firstly,the composite hydrogels were prepared by physical crosslinking method with graphene oxide and polyvinyl alcohol as binder materials.The effects of different material proportions on the structure and properties of composite hydrogels were studied.On this basis,hydroxyapatite/poly(vinyl alcohol)/graphene oxide composite scaffold was printed by self-developed mechanical extrusion printing device.At the same time we build a mathematical model between stent filling pitch,filling angle,wire diameter and porosity,mechanical properties to optimize bracket section filling path by using the Design Expert response surface design test plan.We analyze the influence of material ratio and molding process parameters on the precision of wire through a large number of experiments.At last HA/PVA/GO bone tissue engineering scaffolds with a series of concentration gradients were obtained under the condition of smooth and uniform silk production.Test scaffold structure,biomechanical properties by means of SEM,compression test,cytotoxic test,etc.The biodegradability of bone tissue engineering scaffolds was investigated through degradation experiment.Then we can Master the effect ofgraphene oxide concentration on the degradation performance of composite bone tissue engineering scaffold.That will provide a reference for regulating the bone tissue engineering scaffold degradation rate.And provide technical support for HA/PVA/GO bone tissue engineering stent implantation in human body to treat bone tuberculosis and repair bone defects also.
