In the development process of the construction industry,"green,high quality,sustainable development" has become a new development direction in the current construction industry.The advantages of steel structure buildings have gradually emerged and become a building structure form suitable for industrialization and green development.At the same time,the construction safety risk of steel structure engineering has become a problem that needs to be studied systematically and deeply.So it is necessary to research this problem with scientific theory,means and methods,find out the inherent relationship among the risks,causes and risk factors in the construction process of steel structure engineering,and control them effectively so as to achieve the goal of safe construction of steel structure engineering.On basis of the systematic study of modern risk management theory,this paper studies the safety risk management of a steel structure project.This paper combines the characteristics of the steel structure engineering project and the actual construction situation,using Delphi method to identify the safety risk and safety risk factors of the project,and based on the principle of system dynamics,the relationship between safety risk factors is studied and analyzed.On this basis,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to establish the hierarchical matrix,construct the judgment matrix and calculate the weight of risk factors.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to evaluate the total risk and risk factors in the construction process of the project.Finally,the safety risk level of the project construction is between "medium risk"and"high risk".This paper puts forward effective safety control measures and suggestions for the project from four risk factors:personnel factor,mechanical and material factor,management factor and environmental factor through the research results of risk identification and risk evaluation of a steel structure project.Generally speaking,risk control measures have been well implemented in the construction of this project,and good results have been achieved,which further strengthen the safety risk management of steel structure construction.
