| Jaw crusher is the main equipment of mining industry,which is used for primary crushing of one.In the jaw crusher,the compound pendulum jaw crusher is most widely used.The compound pendulum jaw crusher has replaced the simple jaw crusher,which has the advantages of light weight,moving easily,simple structure,manufacturing and producing easily,stable working performance and convenient maintenance.The crushing chamber is the place where the material is broken.The shape and motion parameters of the crushing chamber determine the production capacity and product quality of the jaw crusher.With the improvement of working performance and product quality of jaw crusher in mining industry,carring on the thorough research to the jaw crusher cavity shape,improving and optimizing the crusher structure and the movement parameter will have the significanceIn this paper,based on the research results of conical crusher and rotary crusher,through the analysis of moving jaw movement law and material movement model,the crushing chamber type is divided and the layered model and product size distribution model of compound pendulum jaw crusher are established.Based on the stratification of the crushing chambers formula for calculating the production capacity of the crusher is proposed.According to the material balance model,the probability of material being selected for crushing,compression ratio of each crushing layer,equivalent particle size and crushing law are calculated,and the particle size distribution model of product is proposed to study the crushing effect of lamination.The mathematical optimization model of production capacity is established,and MATLAB is used for programming calculation to obtain the structure parameters and motion paramenters of crusher with the largest production capacity,and then optimized new cavity and product particle size distribution are obtainedAfter optimization,the production capacity of jaw crusher increases from 465t/h to 540.1t/h,and increases by 16.2%.The characteristic value is reduced from 1.87 to 1.71,and the product granularity is improved significantly.The application of this method improves the performance of jaw crusher significantly,which is of great significance to the design and research of crusher. |
