| Wet electrostatic precipitation technology can avoid re-entrainment of dust effectively and the back corona of high dust cake resistivity.This technology has been widely used in the purification of flue gas after wet desulfurization.However,the traditional wet electrostatic precipitation technology has some problems,such as easy corrosion of dust collector plate,uneven distribution of water film,gully flow,large white smoke carried by outlet flue gas and so on.In order to solve the above problems,a wet electrostatic precipitator with water-immersed cloth curtain is proposed here.The innovation points of wet electrostatic precipitator with water-immersed cloth curtain lies in: the dust collector is made of corrosion-resistant fiber fabric,driven by upper and lower drums,so as to tighten and fix the electrode of the water-immersed cloth curtain well and realize automatic dust collection at the same time.It is totally different from the traditional ways of spraying and scraper scraping.In this way,there is less water consumption of the dust removal system,lower energy consumption,and more stable operation.Whether or not sprayed,it can achieve the effect of wet electrostatic precipitator,enhance the applicability of flue gas purification,reduce the secondary pollution caused by white plume emission after purification.The uniformity of gas velocity distribution in electric field and flow distribution in the body of ESP is important for efficiency of dust collection improvement in wet ESP.The simulation shows that when the perforated plate is increased to three layers,the RMS of flow distribution is 0.24,which meets the requirements of the design specification.With three layers perforated plates sat in inlet chamber,the uniformity of gas velocity distribution in the second electric field is better than that in the first electric field.Also,the uniformity of gas velocity distribution at the front of outlet chamber is better than that at the end of the inlet chamber.The pressure loss in ESP is mainly concentrated in the inlet chamber,followed by the outlet chamber,and low ratio in the dust collection electric field.In order to investigate the effect of water content of the water-immersed cloth curtain electrode on the dust removal performance of wet electrostatic precipitator,a test device similar to the conventional ESP electrode structure was used.The silicon micro-powder with a median diameter of 3.5μm was used as the test dust.The experimental results have shown that the conductivity of wet cloth increases with the increase of water content.When the water content of the cloth curtain electrode is 100%,the collection efficiency can be as high as 98%.When the water content of the water-immersed cloth curtain electrode is more than 50%,the corona current of the water-immersed cloth curtain electrode is larger than that of the metal plate under the same applied voltage,and the collection efficiency is also higher than that of the metal plate electrostatic precipitator.The wet electrostatic precipitator with immersed cloth curtain is used to study the influence of various factors on the performance of electrostatic precipitator.The experimental results have shown that the collection efficiency of wet electrostatic precipitator with water-immersed cloth curtain decreases with the increase of wind speed in electric field.However,when the wind speed in electric field is about 1 m/s,it has better removal effect for fine particles below 5μm. |
