| As a kind of very important non-conventional energy source,shale gas energy is difficult to develop and utilize,because its reservoir is particularity.After the completion of the development well,it is necessary to carry out the fracturing reconstruction to obtain considerable output.Because of the high pressure inside or outside the pipe during the fracturing operation,the shale fracturing pipe and wellbore casing are likely to have problems due to insufficient strength.These problems will not only affect the smooth completion of the entire fracturing,but also may lead to serious downhole accidents,even to the whole well.Before fracturing pipe down the well,it is meaningful to check the mechanical strength of the corresponding process,and develop a software for strength check of shale gas fracturing pipe.Firstly,the development status of shale gas fracturing technology at home and abroad is investigated,and several commonly used fracturing methods for shale gas are expounded.The pipe string composition and fracturing steps of each process are introduced.Secondly,The tension torque differential equation of Professor Li Zifeng,which is used for checking the fractured pipe string,is briefly introduced,and the stress condition of casing string in downhole is analyzed in detail.Thirdly,the existing software for mechanical analysis of rod string is introduced briefly,and the development environment,usage,input parameters and output parameters of the software are explained.Finally,on the basis of the software,the software is upgraded and optimized based on the Visual Basic 2008 platform.In the new software,3 kinds of shale gas fracturing pipe mechanics analysis modules are added to make the software more widely used.In addition,the function of well trajectory drawing is perfected,and the way of software encryption is optimized.The compiled software can not only calculate the pull torque data of fracturing string while working downhole,but also analyze The safety factor of the casing string in the process of fracturing operation,which has guiding function for field construction. |
