| The study on geopolymer foam porous materials which have different properties were prepared by foaming methods with unsame foam agent at low temperature(60℃),which is used metakaolin as the raw material,sodium silicate as the alkali-activate agent.The universal testing machine was used to test the mechanical property,the water absorption and bulk density were tested by Archimedean method,and BET analysis instrument was used to tested the specific surface area,ICP was used to analyze the ion concentration,and observed the distribution and shape of pore through Stereo Microscope.It was can be discovered geopolymer foam porous materials which used H2O2 as foam agent that some elements had significance influence on the compressive strength,breaking strength,bulk density and water absorption,including the content of H2O and H2O2.These elements were discussed in this article.Then,modified the porous material through addition of some cement clinker,and found when the H2O2 was 0.7wt%,the H2O was 6wt%,the addition of cement clinker was 6.25wt%,the compressive strength and the bending strength were 12MPa and 3.9MPa,the water absorption was 39%,the bulky density was 1.02g/cm3 which qualify the criterion of good plaster for ceramic.Meanwhile,the geopolymer foam porous material always has good thermostability and resistance of aicd and alkali.We can prepare the geopolymer foam porous materials which have high specific surface area and excellent ability to adsorption of heavy metals through used H2O2 and K12 as mixture foam agent.Research show that when the H2O2 was 0.6wt%,the K12 was 0.15wt%,the water was 10wt%,the specific surface area of porous materials was 42.3 m2/g,it can be used as adsorbent materials after the process of reduce the alkalinity and dry.It can be investigated that the effect of the adsorption time,pH value,the amount of adsorbent,initial concentration on the ability of geopolymer porous materials to adsorb the heavy metals in the aqueous solution of Cu 2+.The study show that the geopolymer porous material have excellent ability to adsorb the heavy metals in the aqueous solution of Cu2+.It can be observed that Cu2+was adsorped by geopolymer porous material on the pore between the amorphous layers structure after analysis the SEM picture about before and after adsorption. |
