| Cigarette sorting is to sort out the corresponding quantity and type of cigarette according to customer’s demand.Cigarette automatic sorting system is an important part of tobacco logistics network.The size of the special-shaped cigarette is different from the standard.With the increase in demand for the special-shaped cigarette customers,tobacco logistics center’s sorting task of the special-shaped cigarette is gradually increasing.At present,because of the shape characteristics of the special-shaped cigarette,the mode of sorting is manual picking or assisted with electroniclabel equipment in most of the logistics center.So there are some problems,such as large labor intensity,low sorting rate,high error rate and so on.Automatic sorting of the shaped cigarette has become the key to improve the sorting efficiency of cigarette logistics center.Therefore,this thesis puts forward a new cigarette sorting scheme by analyzing the characteristics of the special-shaped cigarette sorting operation.An automatic sorting system of the special-shaped cigarette is designed applying the information technology and control technology.And the system is debugged and applicated in the industrial field.The main work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,this thesisanalyzes the characteristics of the special-shaped cigarette and the disadvantages of the traditional sorting method.Based on the concept of virtual pallet queue,designes a new sorting scheme,and determines the formula for calculating the smoke time.The whole design of the sorting system is carried out by the combination of the special-shaped cigarette sorting operation process.Introduces the hardware composition of the control system,analyzes the system requirements and designs the software structure.Secondly,this thesis analysis the PC software development environment and build the database.The key technologies involved in the development are studied.Information management software and sorting-monitoring software function modules are designed.Then this thesis introduces the electrical control system design and analyzes components selection of the electrical control system.The hardware configuration and I/O address assignment is introduced.PLC program in the key control function flow chart is designed.And solutions of the key issues are described.Finally,the debugging work of whole system is introduced.Combined with the actual production conditions to determine the parameters of the sorting system and the relevant formula.In the actual sorting operations on the efficiency of statistics.Proposes solution to improve the system’s shortcomings and optimizes performance of the system. |
