| China’s briquette industry has made great progress and has made breakthroughs in all aspects.However,the existing briquette drying equipment mostly uses flue gas or hot air as the drying medium.In the drying process,a large amount of dust is inevitably generated under the action of the high-power fan,which is not only low in thermal efficiency,wastes energy,but also seriously pollutes the environment.Research on coal drying technology and designing high-efficiency,energy-saving and environment-friendly coal drying equipment not only saves energy and improves economic benefits,but also plays an important role in protecting the environment,improving air quality and improving people’s quality of life.In this paper,the overall process system of briquette drying equipment is designed.Based on the theory of briquette drying technology and the given process parameters,the quality and heat balance of briquette drying equipment is calculated by means of theoretical analysis.Each device is introduced in detail,including heat conducting oil boiler,drying chamber and waste heat utilization device.The double plate type conveyer is adopted to transport the briquettes,and the v-type drop structure is designed,which can effectively prevent the briquettes from breaking and stacking on the chain plate when falling,and improve the qualification rate and drying efficiency of briquettes.The heat conducting oil of the coal-fired heat conducting oil boiler is used as the heat carrier to heat and dry the materials in the drying room.Use Solidworks,a 3d modeling software,to model and assemble all parts of the equipment.The activation energy and diffusion constant of main parameters in the drying process of briquette coal are calculated,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the heat and mass transfer process during drying.Flow field simulation software CFD(Fluent)was used to simulate the flow field in the drying chamber.The results showed that the wind speed distribution in the material drying area was not uniform,but met the drying process requirements.The new type of coal drying equipment designed in this paper uses the form of heat transfer oil boiler to provide heat source for the drying chamber,and is equipped with waste heat utilization device.The results show that the wind velocity distribution in the drying area is not large and uniform,which meets the requirements of drying process. |
