As the mechanized coal mining process is continuously updated and updated,a large amount of coal dust is generated in the mechanized mining work face,which seriously affects the physical health of the excavation workers.At present,in view of this problem,research has been made on the dust collection and dust reduction in the excavation tunnel.Therefore,by referring to the relevant literature,this paper starts from the practice of the mine,applies numerical simulation to analyze the distribution of coal dust concentration in the tunnel,and determines the reasonable results based on the simulation results.The ventilation parameters provide theoretical support for ventilation in mine tunnels.(1)According to the pressurization ventilation of the 020903 tunneling roadway in Pinggou Coal Mine,the problems such as high dust,poor working environment and low excavation efficiency in the roadway are used to compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different ventilation methods.It is proposed that long-pressing and short-draft ventilation can achieve the effect of roadway dustfall.(2)Applying CFD simulation analysis technology to determine the position parameters of the air cylinder with long-pressing and short-draft ventilation,simulate and analyze the coal dust distribution in the roadway under different ventilation parameters,and finally obtain a reasonable location of the suction cylinder L_c=4m through simulation.Reasonable pressure cylinder position L_y = 25m~26m,determine the appropriate pressure ratio is 1.2.(3)Through comparative tests in the roadway of the tunnel,the test results are basically consistent with the simulation data.Further verification of the reasonable fan distance obtained from the simulation makes it possible to reduce the distance from the original driver to 958 mg/m3 to 100 mg/ton.M3,the dust-fall rate reached 89%,indicating that the ventilation parameters of this group are suitable for the actual production of the mine and provide ventilation parameter basis for the actual production of the mine.
