| As the world’s rapidly growing economy and rapidly improving human quality of life,essential oil products have a certain health function,so demand is increasing.However,the extraction of essential oils is very complex,and the essential oil itself is very volatile.Therefore,the essential oil filling system needs higher precision and tightness.On the basis of study on the development of filling equipment at home and abroad,the paper mainly focuses on research on filling precision of essential oil,inspection of container defect,system electric control,and filling process monitoring,and its main contents are as follows:(1)According to the requirements of the essential oil filling machine process on the mechanical structure of the oil filling machine process analysis,based on the analysis of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system on the basis of the design of the mirco load filling system,two micro filling control system using kalman filtering CMAC-PID control strategy,to ensure the precision and stability of the system of filling.(2)Proposed the method of inspecting the defect of the filling container based on machine vision technology,and realize the inspection of the product filling container.It use that visual system to separately collect the bottle mouth and the bottle body image before filling,and then extract the defect part by the image processing technique to detect the defective glass bottle,and judge the defect type and remove it by the excluding device.(3)Based on SIEMENS S7-200 series PLC to control the oil filling control system,and based on STM32 micro-controller to control micro-charge filling.According to determine the device type selection and design of the control scheme for using touch screen man-machine interface design,give full play to the advantages of touch screen,realize the control of filling machine operation.(4)A bottling process monitoring system based on MCGS configuration software was designed,the communication design of PC machine and PLC was firstly carried out,after which a washing bottle,a bottle washing process monitoring system and a control system were designed,the monitoring system of the device was configured and a remote monitoring function of the on-site equipment was realized.(5)In accordance with the system optimization and improvement of the situation,and the technical parameters of the process.Check whether the visual inspection system cancorrectly identify the defect of the filling bottle and check whether the filling system can work efficiently and reliably.Through the process of the bottling,verified the validity of the design and the accuracy of the control method.The study object of this article is a small volume of essential oil filling system,which is based on a series of ways to ensure the accuracy of the defects,the accuracy of the filling and the reliability of the job.The structure of the bottling system,the advanced,the test method,and the interface is friendly,and there’s a wide application of the application in the small dosage of the oil,and the liquid. |
