ZnO is a promising material for optoelectronic applications due to its wide band gap(3.37eV)and high exciton binding energy(60 meV)at room temperature.At present,the doping of ZnO nanomaterials has become a hot topic among scholars.Doping technology is the key of the research of ZnO nanomaterials.The selection of dopants is an important link in the application of ZnO nanodevices.In this paper,nano-ZnO was prepared by thermal evaporation,and the effect of doping on its properties was studied.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Nanostructured ZnO was prepared by thermal evaporation,and the effect of heating rate on its morphology and luminescent properties was investigated.It is found that the prepared ZnO has a hexagonal wurtzite structure.Increasing the heating rate can effectively change the morphology of the prepared sample,promote the luminescence of the sample,and improve the crystal quality of the crystal.(2)Nano-ZnO:Li could be successfully synthesized by thermal evaporation.Because of the existence of gold particles from Si substrate,there are two growth methods of prepared sample in the ceramic boat,VLS and VS.In addition,the doping of Li+can cause a slight distortion of the ZnO lattice.The room temperature PL spectra of ZnO:Li show that the nano ZnO:Li has weak ultraviolet luminescence and strong deep level luminescence at 517.8 nm.The luminescence of visible light region was studied by means of Guass fitting.Finally,to gain the light emission characteristics of the near-edge luminescence in the prepared nanorods,temperature-dependent PL measurements were performed.(3)The rare earth metal elements have unique shell structure and luminescent properties.In this section,Eu2O3 was selected as the dopant to synthesize nanostructured ZnO:Eu.Studies have shown that most of the synthesized samples are short and stacked.Raman spectroscopy proved that Zn O:Eu is still in the hexagonal wurtzite structure.By analyzing the PL spectra of ZnO:Eu at room temperature,it is found that red emission of the sample is the resolute of 5D07F2 transition of electrons outside the Eu shell.
