Calibration Method And Calibration System For Preset Pulse Torque Tools

Preset pulse torsion tool is a kind of torsion tool which is used in bolt tightening process.Due to the bolt tightening process,the size of the tightening torque affects the quality of bolt connection,and bolt connection is seriously affect the quality of the workpiece and the life quality,even threat to public safety and life property,so the calibration of preset pulse is urgently need to be done.The output process of this tools is an accumulate dynamic torque output,the existing calibration method and calibration system for torque wrent cannot accurately measure the pratical torque of this tools,so the calibration cannot be achieved.Therefore,the study of the calibration method and calibration system of preset pulse torsion tool has great significance and practical value.In this paper,a calibration method of preset pulse torque tools was proposed based on the analysis of torque sensor,calibration method and calibration specifications.This calibration method used torque quotient and clamp force reverse calculate the output torque of preset pulse torque tools,while used repetition and inaccuracy to characterize the performance of this tools.Based on the calibration method,designed and built a calibrationg system for preset pulse torque tools,whitch realized user management,real-time collection of torque and clamp force and output report.This calibration system contained the user management module,data collection module and the data processing module,and used the preset pulse torque tools tested the calibration system.Experimental studies show that the proposed according to the preset pulse torque tools calibration method can accurately reflect the tool state of output and real output torque,can solves the problem whitch preset torque tools cannot realize calibration.The calibration system built in this paper can fully reflect the output state of the preset pulse torsion tool and provide a platform for study the output characteristics of preset pulse torsion tools.The analysis based on the experimental data verified the method this paper proposed is correctly and effective and provided a standard performance evaluation of the preset pulse torsion tools.Through the analysis of experimental data,the reliability of the proposed method is verified,and the performance evaluation of the preset pulse torque tool is provided.
