| Forging machine are widely used and their faults often lead to reduced production efficiency.When a fault occurs,it will bring serious losses to the company and employees’ personal safety issues.If the reliability,stability and safety of the machine tool are improved,and the manpower and material cost spent on the periodical overhaul are greatly reduced,it is of vital importance to the real-time condition monitoring and fault intelligent diagnosis of the forging machine tool.With the in-depth study of the cloud platform,a new approach is provided to solve the problem of real-time intelligent state detection and fault intelligent diagnosis of forging machine tools.In this paper,a large-scale RZU series rapid-sheet deep-drawing forging machine is taken as an example to build a real-time intelligent diagnosis system for forging machine based on the cloud platform.Through this system,users can quickly and accurately determine and resolve equipment faults,greatly improving the utilization of equipment.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the structure and control system of the forging machine are analyzed to analyze the fault characteristics of the forging machine and collect and sort out the common faults of the forging machine.Several requirements have been put forward for the function and performance of the system.Secondly,the Fault Tree analysis and the BAM algorithm of the Artificial Neural Network are introduced in detail,and a diagnostic model is established.Build the overall framework of the system.Subsequently,the mainstream mode and selection of the cloud platform are analyzed,and the application platform of the intelligent system is determined to be the Ali cloud platform.Detailed analysis of the data acquisition system,cloud platform database system design and intelligent diagnostic system interface design.Finally,using the system fault running instance,the realization of system function was verified from two aspects: real-time detection and fault diagnosis.To sum up,the construction of cloud-based real-time intelligent diagnostic system of forging presses not only can realize the real-time monitoring and accurate diagnosis of equipment running status,but also can provide remote management services and supervise equipment anytime and anywhere. |
