A rapid and effective method of dispersive solid phase extraction-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(DSPE-GC-MS/MS)for the simultaneous identification and quantification of 38 persistent organic pollutants(9 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)、16 polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)and 13 organochlorine pesticides(OCPs))in bamboo shoot was developed. The target analytes were extracted by ultrasonic method with acetonitrile, and purified by dispersion solid phase extraction applying 500 mg MgSO4,150 mg C18 and 150 mg Florisil sorbents, then determined by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)with external standard method. The purposed method illustrated good linear correlation with the correlation coefficients all above0.9960(R~2 ranged from 0.9960 to 0.9998)in the range of 5~1000μg/L.The limits of detection of the POPs in bamboo shoot were from 0.035 to 5.545μg/kg.Recovery studies were performed at low, medium and high spiked levels(0.4~200μg/kg、0.2~100μg/kg、0.1~50μg/kg)of 38 POPs,and the recoveries ranged from 61.3%to 122.5%with standard deviations≤16.46%.A method of composite solide phase extraction-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(SPE-GC-MS/MS)for the determination of 8 polyaromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)、18 polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)and 16 organochlorine pesticides(OCPs)in geographical origin soil of bamboo shoot was developed.Acetone:hexane(1:1,V/V)was added and the extraction was performed in an superpower ultrasonic bath and then the composite Florisil column was chosen as column of purification. The eluant was concentrated followed by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)for the determination of total 42 POPs.The POPs showed highly efficient separation within 35 min and illustrated good linearity in the range of 2~2000μg/L with the correlation coefficients of 0.9952~0.9998.The limits of detection of this method were from 0.070 to 6.902μg/kg.Recovery studies were performed at low, medium and high spiked levels(2.5~25μg/kg,10~100μg/kg and 40~400 μg/kg)of 42 POPs,and the recoveries ranged from 60.1% to 128.4% with standard deviations ≤20.90%.38 POPs in edible parts of bamboo shoots from Zhejiang,Fujian,Sichuan and Hunan were determined with the developed method of DSPE-GC-MS/MS.After collecting and processing data of bamboo shoot by software excel and SPSS22.0,concentrations and characteristics of PAHs,PCBs and OCPs in bamboo shoots from four provinces were analyzed and discussed.42 POPs in Zhejiang soil corresponding to areas of bamboo shoots were detected by the established method of SPE-GC-MS/MS.After that, features of PAHs,PCBs and OCPs compositions in soils were studied, and possible origin of POPs was analyzed. Finally, correlations of 33 common POPs between Zhejiang bamboo shoots and soils in the same places were analyzed, and the result illustrated that there was no correlation between bamboo shoot and soil for 32 POPs(P>0.05),except mirex(P<0.01).Health risk assessments of bamboo shoots from Zhejiang,Fujian,Sichuan and Hunan sampling areas were evaluted, including carcinogenic risk and health risk of non-carcinogenic risk.Carcinogenic risk assessment showed that there was no carcinogenic risk for bamboo shoot from Zhejiang,Fujian,Sichuan excluding Hunan’s sampling areas. Therefore, daily intake of bamboo shoot should be limited to 64.7 g.Non-carcinogenic risk assessment showed that total non-carcinogenic risk of POPs in four provinces sampling areas’ bamboo shoot were less than 1,meaning that no health risk would happen to people. While considering carcinogenic risk of bamboo shoot comprehensively,Hunan sampling areas’ bamboo shoot daily intake should still be controlled to 64.7 g/d in case of potential carcinogenic risk.
