Entraining agent is an important independent species in concrete admixture,it can improve the concrete’s performance and its durability will be increased greatly.But Air-entraining agent doesn’t be popular in China because of technology and quality defect.The domestic and overseas scholars and researchers make a lot of research in the influence of air entraining agent on the concrete to make more importance.It found that different Air-entraining agents can make different influence on the concrete.So how to use Air-entraining agent in the concrete field efficiently,improve its durable and do not make any bad efficient on its intensity,is the point to future research.This passage include some details.First by the research on concrete species、sand coarse aggregateratio、flashy、water cement ratio,makes influence on concrete’s air-containing;second,some air entraining agent make the influence on concrete bubble characteristic parameter(including air-containing、bubble average dia.bubble distance coefficient),and same characteristic air entraining agent influence on concrete.Mainly research four different air entraining agent which means modified rosin heat accumulation agent,twelve sodium alkyl sultanate Three aspirins of saponin,sodium lignin suffocate agent’s influence on performance of concrete.According to correlative standards,we test four air entraining agent performance in different characteristic mix the concrete,including fresh concrete mixture’s collapsibility,water-reducing rate,water segregation rate,air-containing and air-containing’s variation afar 1 hour,setting time difference,harden concrete’s compressive strength ratio,ratio of shrinkage,and so on.As a result of the test,we analyze and choose the best cube to make the certain air entraining agent characteristic.It found that,on the same condition,Poland cement’s air-containing is much bigger than moderate-heatporland cement’s.Along with the addition of water cement ratio,sand coarse aggregate ratio,the air content of concrete mixture will be increase.And the addition of fly ash increases,the less of air-containing in fresh concrete mixture.Second,the air-containing of fresh mixture doesn’t have any relativity with harden concrete’s air-containing.When the bubble average dia.spacing coefficient and superficial area is small,the stability is fine,the loss time of bubble is less.Three asponins of saponin and sodium lignin suffocate agent are more suitable in the aractical engineering by the four air entrainings’ characteristic parameter.Modified rosin heat accumulation agent,twelve sodium alkyl sultonate three asponins of saponin,sodium lignin sulfonate agent are fine.Their characteristic are 0.016%,0.005%,0.016%,0.30%;modified rosin heat accumulation agent water-reducing is commonly,but improving fresh mixture’s water segregation rate is much better.Producing big affects on harden concrete.Three asponins of saponin water-reducing is general effect,but it can discrease the mixture of concrete’s water segregation rate,and has less affect on harden concrete.Sodium lignin sulfonate agent’s water-reducing is not good,and no less than another three on improving fresh mixture concrete,but make the good effect on harden concrete’s compressive strength ratio.
