| The explorations of tight oil in Permian for Santanghu basin mainly focus on Ma lang sag and Tiaohu sag with 3200 m2.It is developed that there has developed two sets of tight reservoir in Tiaohu formation and Lucaogou formation which has an pred icted favorable exploration area of 486 m2 and 4.2 million tons resource quantity.Tig ht oil of Tiaohu formation in Malang sag is a large-scale lithologic reservoir controlle d by pyroclastic rock mass,with broadly distributing in several wells in the form of oil spot and oil immersed from Niujuanhu block to Mazhong block.M55 well gained 12.72 m~3 commercial oil flow by fracturing testing in November 2012.The daily oil outputs were raised to 14.96m~3 and 12.89m~3 respectively after re-fracturing for Lu1 well and fracturing test for Ma56 well in April 2013.M57 H and M58 H horizontal we lls were deployed in order to develop tight oil efficiently through large volume fractur ing technology and fracture monitoring technology.Ma 57 H well,after opertating class Ⅶ massive fracturing,got a summit daily production of 24.61m~3 commercial oil flow, with total net fluid 6992.6m~3 and total sand content 344.8m~3 on July 2013.And for Ma 58 H well,which has conducted class Ⅷ fracturing by fast drilling bridge plug,its total liquid production reached to 8201m~3 and condiment concentration to 602.3m~3.The refore,it broke the records of the amount of multi-section screening,fracturing fluid c ontent and sand addition in honrizontal well for Tuha oilfield tight oil.The conception of building up horizontal well group development experimental ar ea for Ma56 block Permian tight oil reservoir in Tiaohu formation is base on the sev eral wells successful fracturing test in Tiaohu formation Mazhong tectonic zone,combi ned with old well re-examination.It has been implemented development plan of 2.962 million tons reserves in Ma56 block tight oil Tiaohu formation in accordance with th e ideas of overall deployment,implementation in batches,from easy to difficult and ri ch before poor,among which 500-800 meters for horizontal section,400 meters for w ell spacing and 12.5 ton for design single-well daily output.After early depletion deve lopment,oil recovery rate has reached 1.28%.Mainly with the fast drilling bridge plu g staged fracturing technology,horizontal well multi-section stimulated reservoir volum e fracturing of large-scale and large displacement has been implemented.It has been g radually improved composite fracturing fluid system,increased the proportion of slickwater and saving the investment.The purpose of thesis is to summarize development experience and methods and make the optimal development plan in Santanghu basin,starting from the geological c haracteristics study,combining with the reservoir dynamic analysis,evaluating the all-st age development efficiency of tight oil,to improve tight oil development effect.The pa per focus on the study of basin reservoir development and property,horizontal well ar ray,production techniques and enhanced oil recovery.To realize economic exploitation f or tight oil by assembling variety technologies,thus enhancing the oil recovery to 10% or 15% after overall water flooding. |
