A Study Of The Municipal Solid Waste In Xi’an

The classification of municipal solid waste is an effective means to realize the sustainable development of cities.Considering the long-term interests of the society,the implementation of the compulsory classification system of municipal solid waste in Xi’an can achieve the benefit of environment,economic and social.But the existing classification system of municipal solid waste in Xi’an is not successfully,there are some deficiencies such as the principle of content stipulation,the absence of supporting system,the unclear classification obligation and the lack of legal liability clauses.At May 26,2017,Xi’an municipal government office issued the “Three years of action plan about Xi’an municipal solid waste classification”,document planning in the next three years to continuously improve the treatment level of classification and will make the “Xi’an municipal solid waste management regulations” or “Xi’an municipal solid waste management measures”.This paper is widely used for reference to domestic and foreign advanced countries or regions of the classification of domestic waste management system and combined with the actual design of Xi’an enforceable strong legislative content,highlighting the scope of the subject of obligations and set the corresponding liability provisions.
