In recent years, anthraquinone photoremovable protecting groups(AQ-PPG)has been successfully used for the protection of hydroxyl, carbonyl and carboxyl groups, however, the lack of information on the kinetics and spectral information of transient material involved in the process of deprotection, corresponding deprotection mechanism needs further research. In particular, the study of the mechanism of Anthraquinon-2-ylmethoxy carbonyl(Aqmoc)PPG has not been reported. For the first time we using time-resolved spectroscopy experiments and density functional theory(DFT)calculation and combination of the kinetic information of the reaction intermediates provided by the nanosecond time-resolved transient absorption(ns-TA)and the structural information provided by nanosecond time-resolved resonance raman(ns-TR~3)to study the compound 1 and 2 photodeprotection reaction mechanism. The study will reveal the photodeprotection reaction mechanism of AQ compounds as PPG,and provide important theoretical guidance for the application of AQ compounds in photochemistry, biology, medicine, especially in photoremovable protection, and it is of great significance to optimize the construction of AQ-PPG.The paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, which briefly summarizes the significance of photochemistry, photoremovable protecting groups, anthraquinone compounds,time-resolved spectroscopy, density functional theory and topic selection.;The second chapter deals with the photophyscial and photochemical reaction of compound 1 in the selective solvent under irradiation; The third chapter deals with the photophyscial and photochemical reaction of compound 2 in the selective solvent under irradiation.
