With the surface and shallow ore reserves gradually reduced,at the same time,because of the need of national environmental governance,to open pit mining were strictly limited,more and more mining work below the surface of the mine mining operations.Different from open pit mining,underground mining because of the harsh environment,confined space,dust and harmful substance is not easy to spread,to the downhole operation workers brought great hidden danger in production.Motor vehicle transportation is an important part of the chute mining underground,underground mining and transport links many workers will be focused on the operation platform of motor vehicles,thus reducing the platform operators,increase transport efficiency have become an important research topic of the remote control system of motor vehicle.So we need a monitoring system can monitor the real-time vehicle location,state,in order to realize the real-time and accurately control the motor car and chute ore drawing with precision,reduce the probability and mine,improve the work efficiency of the motor vehicle transport.Based on the analysis of electric locomotive underground mining process,based on the PLC control technology,the design and implementation of remote control system of underground locomotive.The main work is as follows:(1)The automatic operation system of underground rail transportation system has been successfully integrated with communication system,automatic system,network system,mechanical system,electrical system,remote control system and signal system..Taking the optimal driving route and the cost benefit calculation method,the operation command of the railway is carried out,and the utilization rate,capacity and safety of the railway line are significantly improved..Through the use of mature industrial control hardware and software,the automatic operation of the underground rail transportation system and the operation mode of the driver assistant are realized..(2)From the process theory on control process and operation of motor car of the Pareto principle of narrow gauge channel closed set mathematical model of the system is designed using.(3)The application and technology of the motor vehicle in the underground mining are discussed.The application of wicc and STEP7 is used to solve the problem of the fusion of other systems in the mountain mining.(4)The remote unattended operation of the motor vehicle horizontal plane is designed and realized..In this paper,the control scheme of underground electric locomotive remote control system replaced the traditional underground driving,ore drawing mode,and has been experimentally verified in Xingshan,improves the working environment of the post,to improve the efficiency of transportation and production,raise the transportation production automation and information level,promote the progress and change management,and the potential safety hazard is eliminated,down hole motor vehicle operation more standardized high effective CIS steady,the domestic mining industry has reference significance and application value,enhance the apricot mountain mining reputation,visibility and influence,achieved good results.
