Vegetables are important plant-based foods,and humans get vitamin,protein,amino acids,sugars and other inorganic and organic nutrients in large level depends on the vegetables.In recent years,because of sulfonamides aggravating pollutionin in water and soil,sulfanilamide pollution hazard in the vegetable.Biochar is a kind of wide raw material sources of new environmental functional material which has the specific surface area and strong adsorption ability characteristics.Biochar is often used to remove the organic pollutants in the water or soil,reduce the risk of these pollutants on plant and animal health.In order to reduce the vegetables of SAs and raising the quality of vegetables,provides an important guarantee for production safety vegetables.This research mainly includes:1.Established analysis detection method of SAs and organic acids in the vegetable;2.The preparation and characterization of biochar.3.Different concentrations of SA and SM2 impact on Chinese cabbage growth quality and enrichment characteristics;4.Add biochar after the improvement of Chinese cabbage.The main results were as follows:(1)This study established the method of high performance liquid chromatography for the analysis of two types of antibiotics and seven organic acids.The average recovery rate was around 81.2 percent to 96.3 percent.The relative standard deviation(RSD)<10%,good reproducibility,correlation coefficient R>0.9995,good linearity,detection limit of 0.211.95 ug/kg,satisfies the requirement of actual samples.(2)Use of CHN elemental analyzer,scanning electron microscopy and Fourier infrared spectrum apparatus for the preparation of rice husk carbon were characterized and compared,found that the rice husk carbon has developed pore structure,surface of oxygen containing functional groups.As the preparation of the temperature increases,the removal rate of the husk in the solution is increased.(3)Through seed germination,the effect of SA and SM2 single compound pollution on germination of cabbage seeds was studied.The results showed that the effect of SA and SM2 on germination,germination and germination index were no significant.In low concentration SA stimuli(5mg/L),germination potential and germination rate rise slightly,while in high concentration SM2(60 mg/L)under stress,the germination of Chinese cabbage has significantly reduced(P<0.05).When the SA-SM2 compound was contaminated,the two had no significant effect on germination.(4)By the hydroponics experiment,the effect of the SA-SM2 single compound pollution on the growth quality of cabbages was studied.The results show that the SA-SM2 single compound pollution makes Chinese cabbage seedling growth inhibition,inhibit the root length,shoot length,reduces the biomass of Chinese cabbage,chlorophyll,vitamin C,organic acid,protein and soluble sugar content,increase the nitrate content.In particular,the root length is more sensitive to the ecological toxicity of SA and SM2,and can be used to indicate the level of pollution in the environment.SA and SM2 common stress has significant interaction on the growth of Chinese cabbage,when SM2 in low concentration(20mg/L)composite pollution index for the growth of Chinese cabbage each role types are mainly antagonism,SM2 in relatively high concentration(40mg/L),the role of compound pollution index for the growth of Chinese cabbage each type is mainly for the synergy.In the case of vitamin C in cabbages,the type of sa-sm2compound is synergistic.As the concentration of SA and SM2 increases,the greater the accumulation of SA and SM2,the stronger the inhibition of the cabbage.(5)The effects of SA-SM2 on the anti-oxidase system of cabbages were studied by means of the POD enzyme,CAT enzyme and MDA.Results show that the effect of POD and CAT activity trends are basically the same,with the increase of concentration of SA activity was lower after the first increase trend,POD and CAT activity increased with the increase of concentration of SM2 gradually reduced,while the MDA content increases with the increased concentration of SA and SM2.When the SA and SM2 are jointly coerced,the function type of the anti-oxidase system of cabbages is synergistic.(6)Use different biochar has different degrees of promoting effect to the growth of Chinese cabbage,including preparation of high temperature biochar promoting effect is better for the growth of Chinese cabbage.In a solution containing the SA and SM2pollution on biochar improves the cabbage biomass,content of chlorophyll and vitamin C,and reduce the pin acid salt and SAs content in Chinese cabbage,increase the vegetative growth of cabbage.
