| On account of the phenomenon of Mines power disaster,we adopt the passage of electromagnetic radiation,which according as the research on electromagnetic radiation of Coal stress,basing on USB2.0 communication and mass FPGA.It makesuse of the series of high precision A/D chips such as max1425,altera’s ep1c3t144c8 n,and cypress’ s ez-usbfx2,cy7c68013 and ARM sep4020.All of this compose a set of research scheme which combining high-speed data collection,transmission and processing.The hardware design of the device includs the signal data collection and transmission module,and the data processing module.The former contains the internal structure layout of A/D transformation,FPGA logic control,USB transport channel and so on,It also elaborates the design of every function circuit and specific implementation.the latter gives the specific circuit connection and the basic operation of Sep4020 processor,3x3 keyboard,USB interface,serial communication,the screen and SD card storage.Contrast with the two parts we have plotted out a printed circuit board and made a PCB.The part of software design is mainly based on ARM SEP4020 and C programming language,which including the main function,the timer setting function,3x3 keyboard interruption function,and the touchscreen GUI function.The programming achieves the basic operation of 3x3 keyboard and touchscreen in ARM.It is worth mentioning is that it has implemented to make programming in main interface and draw picture on the screen,so in other words it is man-machine interactionIn the end,we get the wave of the collecting data which from making the rock stress electromagnetic radiation experiment on the device.Relative to other forms of testing device,the device use FPGA implementing high-speed A/D collected,so that the signal of electromagnetic has more bandwidth.The experimental results show that the electromagnetic radiation device meet the technical requirements after the actual test. |
