The improvement of mineral elements in rice has always been a hotspot for rice genetics breeders due to the mineral elements are not only necessary for plant growth, but also important to the human body, and can only be taken through food.Saline-alkali stress has an effect on the content of mineral elements in rice grains as well as the correlation between ions.In this research, four rice varieties suitable for local climate, namely,Ji Nongda 511,Songjing 14,Longdao 11 and Songsong 12,were planted on the northeast black soil and saline soil, which for studying the influence of the saline-alkaline stress on the content of K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn,P elements in rice grains and their correlation with each other.Under non-saline-alkaline stress, there was a significant positive correlation between Mn and Zn,P and Fe in rice hulls(P < 0.05),and a significant negative correlation between Mg and Mn,P(P < 0.05),as well as a very significant negative correlation between Ca and Mg(P<0.01;r=-0.984);Under saline-alkaline stress,P was significantly positively correlated with Ca(P < 0.01),and Fe was positively correlated with Na,Mg,as well as K and Ca,Mn and Na,Zn,K.There was a significant negative correlation with Fe(P < 0.05),and Na and Ca were significantly negatively correlated greatly(P < 0.01).Among the brown rice under non-saline-alkali stress,Mn and Ca,Mn and Fe,Zn and Fe,Zn and K showed significant positive correlation(P < 0.05),Fe and K,Mn and K showed a specially significant positive correlation(P < 0.01),K and Mg,P and Mg showed a significant negative correlation(P < 0.05),and Mg and Zn showed extremely significant negative correlation(P <0.01);Under saline-alkaline stress,Zn and K,Mn and K,and Mn and Zn showed a significant positive correlation(P < 0.01);There was a significant positive correlation between K and P(P < 0.05);as well as Mg with K,Mg and Mn,and Mg and Zn(P <0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between Zn and Ca in white rice under non-saline and alkaline stress(P < 0.05).There was a significant positivecorrelation between Mg and Fe under saline-alkaline stress(P < 0.01);Mg and Na showed a significant negative correlation(P < 0.01).Under non-salt-alkali stress, there was a very significant positive correlation between K and Zn in rice grains(P < 0.01;r = 0.836),and Ca was significantly negatively correlated with Mg(P < 0.01;r =-0.890);Under saline-alkaline stress, there was a significant positive correlationbetween K and Mn,P(P < 0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between Na and Fe(P < 0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between Ca and Na,P(P < 0.05).Saline-alkaline stress changed the correlation between ions, there may was a significant or even extremely significant correlation between ions under non-saline-alkaline stress, while showed no significant correlation under saline-alkaline stress.
