Soil salinization is an important factor that restricts agricultural production. At present, the problem of soil salinization in Inner Mongolia is prominent, which leads to soil compaction, poor land, low grain yield, and seriously restricts the development of agriculture in Inner Mongolia. Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the local saline-alkali soil.In this paper, the preparation of corn straw, flax straw biochar and garbage enzymes and their effects on saline-alkali soil improvement were studied.Based on the analysis of biochar properties, the effects of single and combined application of biochar and garbage enzymes on the basic physical and chemical properties of saline and alkaline soil,as well as the effects on the biomass of lettuce, the feasibility analysis of biochar and garbage enzymes for the improvement of saline and alkaline soil and the determination of the best improvement scheme were determined. At the same time, through correlation analysis and principal component analysis, the correlation between saline-alkali index and fertility index of saline-alkalized soil and the complementary and synergistic effect of combined application of the two indexes were discussed. The main research results are as follows:There was no significant difference in soil pH,ESP,4%corn biochar and 4%flax biochar BF2 treatments when biochar was applied to soil, and the DOC value of soil was significantly improved, and the effect of BS2 on soil was better than that of BF2 by 62.50%.The contents of organic matter, available P and available K in saline-alkali soil prepared by adding biochar with different materials had the same change. The nutrient content in soil increased significantly with 4%flax biochar BF2.The average organic matter, available P and available K increased by 63.40%,50.45%and 68.91%respectively compared with the control.Compared with the garbage enzymes?GE?,the CEC of saline-alkali soil increased greatly with the addition of biochar, and the maximum increased to 27.64cmol·kg-1,which achieved good level of fertilizer fixation. With the increase of incubation time, garbage enzymes?GE1?showed a better effect on reducing soil salinization indicators.Soil pH,ESP value,EC value and exchangeable Na+content decreased by 17.51%,41.43%,42.50%and26.67%,respectively.The effect was more significant than that of biochar?P<0.05?,and soil nutrient content also increased to a certain extent, including water-soluble organic carbon content. It was also found that the combined application of biochar and garbage enzymes significantly reduced the contents of Mg2+and SO42-salt separators in soil by33.08%and 43.30%respectively,and increased the contents of K+and Ca2+by 25.14%and 17.79%respectively.The indoor pot experiments showed that biochar and garbage enzymes combined application could promote the growth of lettuce, and the average plant height of lettuce increased by 31.37%31.86%,which was better than that of single application.Correlation analysis and principal component analysis showed that biochar and garbage enzymes were both feasible to improve saline-alkali soil. The results of this study can provide theoretical basis for the utilization of biological wastes and the improvement of saline-alkali soil in Inner Mongolia.
