Under the comprehensive influence of unreasonable irrigation and fertilization,land salinization is developing continuously in our country,and "more people and less land" is the basic national condition of our country.How to rationally improve and utilize saline-alkali land and improve the quality and yield of crops has become an important research topic in the field of agricultural resources utilization.In order to investigate the effects of different soil microbial amendments on alfalfa growth and alfalfa mycorrhizal symbiosis in saline-alkali soil,the alfalfa growth index,nutrient element content and arbuscular mycorrhizal symbiotic effect under different treatments were measured and compared in this study,using different mixing measures of microbial amendments,organic fertilizers and compound fertilizers to treat and grow alfalfa in the Hailiu Park of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University.The main results are as follows:1.Soil microbial amendments could effectively increase the aboveground biomass and nutrient content of alfalfa,improve the quality and yield of alfalfa,and enhance the symbiosis between arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and alfalfa.2.The mycorrhizal infection rate of alfalfa was significantly correlated with phosphorus content,and was extremely significantly correlated with carbon content,while the spore density of root mycorrhizal fungi and nitrogen content were significantly correlated.It indicates that the increase of nutrient content in the upper part of the earthworm is inseparable from the enhancement of mycorrhizal symbiosis.3.The improvement effect of all treatments is arranged from large to small:amendment E>amendment T>organic fertilizer and amendment T>organic fertilizer and amendmentr E>organic fertilizer and amendment T and amendment E>compound fertilizer and amendment E>compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer and amendment E>compound fertilizer and amendment T and amendment E>compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer and amendment T>compound fertilizer and amendment T>compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer and amendment T and amendment E>amendment T and amendment E>CK.Therefore,the application of amendment E had the best effect on alfalfa planting.4.The single application of amendment E had the best effect on Alfalfa cultivation.Compared with the application of amendment T alone,the alfalfa leaf yield,stem yield,leaf/stem,aboveground biomass,C content,P content and mycorrhizal infection rate increased by 4.6%,3.5%,1%,11.7%,22.8%,18.7%and 25%respectively.
