In the early development of the fiber laser industry,the domestic laser market was monopolized by several giants abroad.With the optimize of the fiber and fiber related device’s production process,the localization progress of optical fiber laser is getting faster,generous profits attract a large majority of domestic companies joining researching on fiber laser.From 2011,a group of companies developing fiber lasers have sprung up in China.Continuous wave fiber laser takes the optics design as the core,assisted by software design、mechanical structure design and circuit design,these four parts are indivisibly and organically combining together.According to the writer’ s developing continuous wave fiber laser’s experience,this article basically introduces optical design、software design and the inevitable structure and circuit parts in design process.Parts of chapters also analyze the terminal feedback problems of market after volume production and put forward counterplans.Because of the early pace of optical design abroad,in 2011,foreign fiber lasers occupied most domestic market,home researchers carry on native innovations on by using foreign products for reference,thus leading to detail difference while similar in optical frame.optical fiber fusion process involved in this article is the core process of making optical fiber lasers,also being the creative achievements of this article.In the software design,this article emphasizes 1.The interface definition of fiber laser controlling system.2.The inner logic of fiber laser controlling system.3.The human-computer interaction interface of lasers.4.The design of optical path protection module and other alarm modules.Part 4 is the hard point in software design,which is the concentration of market feedback and has great impact.
