In the current economic development of China's "new normal",the enterprise development is facing new opportunities and challenges.the innovation of Internet banking,the gradual liberalization of private banking license,and the increasingly strict of regulatory requirements,that has developed a dramatic impact on the development of the traditional banking industry.The reform of traditional banks is imperative and the reform pressure is bigger.Rural commercial banks as the main financial institutions to support the development of agriculture which are the important forces to unswervingly promote the reform of rural financial institutions,speed up the pace of building a modern rural financial enterprise system,improve the rural financial service system,and enhance the level of rural financial services an important force.Based on the importance of rural commercial banks to the development of national economy,this paper discusses the reform and transformation of rural commercial banks.As the core sector of banking management,bank's finance department is an important support for the development of banking business.Based on the importance of organizational structure improvement and optimization to the realization of strategic objectives of bank management,and also take into account the important role of financial line work in promoting strategic objectives,this paper focuses on the research and analysis of the financial line structure of rural commercial banks.The aim of this paper is to optimize the organizational structure of the banks by optimizing the organizational structure of the financial line during the transition period of the rural commercial banks,and to ensure the realization of the strategic objectives of the reform period.So what are the characteristics of optimizing the structure of the financial line of the rural commercial banks in the transition period and whether they are different from other state-owned commercial banks or joint-stock commercial banks ? Can they learn from the experience of the same industry to reform?In this paper,combining the theoretical research and case analysis,discusses the optimization of the organizational structure of CD rural commercial bank in the process of transformation.First of all,on the basis of consulting a large amount of data,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of China's economic development and the reform of banking industry,and concludes that the banking sector is in urgent need of reform and innovation.Secondly,based on a large number of literatures,this paper reviews the research results of bank reform and innovation and the research status of enterprise organizational structure,and points out that organizational structure reform is of great significance to the development of enterprises in the transition period.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the bank development and the characteristics of the financial line in the reform period,and summarizes the characteristics of the CD Rural Commercial Banks,and analyzes the characteristics of the financial development of the rural commercial banks in the transition process.At the same time,the paper analyzes the present situation of other commercial banks such as state-owned commercial banks and urban commercial banks and the organizational structure and the significance of the financial lines.Finally,according to the vertical management mode of CD bank's financial line,the optimization scheme is put forward from the two aspects of organization internal process and human resource management.The optimization scheme is evaluated from the internal and external environment and the expected effect of the program implementation And the possibility of optimizing the promotion of programs between other business lines and other commercial banks.This dissertation aims to systematically analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the vertical management structure of Rural Commercial Bank in the transition period.However,due to the ability and time constraints of the author,there are still many inadequacies in the text that need to be improved.At the same time,the dissertation has a certain degree of particularity as it is based on the discussion of case studies.Therefore,future researches will use more samples and more contrast that is based on extensive models to enhance the persuasiveness of the article.
