Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Internet Financial Supervision

Finance is the core of modern economy.With the rapid development of Internet technology and the continuous progress of modern civilization,setting the "innovative,efficient,convenient" as one of the outstanding features,Internet Finance gradually becomes an important tool of investment,financing and payment settlement.As a result,it occupies an indispensable position in our daily life.As is known to all,Internet Finance has shown a trend of development.At the same time,the radical idea of Internet Finance causes fierce conflict with the robust idea of traditional financial industry,which brings a huge risk for participating parties in Internet financial market.On the other hand,Internet financial supervision also begins to exposed many defects and shortcomings.Domestic and foreign financial regulators gradually reach a consensus that it is necessary to implement effective supervision on Internet Finance.The first part of this thesis is an introduction.This part introduces the background and significance of the thesis,sets the current domestic and international results of Internet financial regulation researches,expounds the contents and methods of the research.The second part of this thesis introduces basic concepts and correlation theories of finance,Internet Finance and Internet financial regulation in detail.The third part of this thesis describes the Internet financial development process,points out the risks of Internet financial development,including market risk,operation risk,credit risk,legal risk and liquidity risk.The forth part of this thesis describes the existing problems of Chinese Internet financial regulation,and analyzes the causes of the problems deeply.In the fifth part of this thesis,combined with Chinese actual situation,the writer puts forward countermeasures of Internet financial supervision that include the following five aspects: building a comprehensive supervision and evaluation system,improving Internet financial laws and regulations,optimizing market access and exit mechanism,strengthening the Internet financial industry self-regulation,establishing a unified credit system.
