Study On The Evaluation Of Agricultural Informatization Development In Qionglai

With the continuous development of China’s socialist market economy and the continuous improvement of the comprehensive national strength,the demand for modern technology has been strengthened,and the development of information technology is the fundamental foundation.In the process of informatization development in agricultural informatization is a necessary prerequisite to promote the development of China’s agricultural modernization,thus strengthening the agricultural informatization development to consolidate our country "agriculture,countryside,farmer" to modern development has practical significance.In order to promote the development of agricultural information in a certain area,evaluate and know there must be a system of the agricultural informatization,the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions to develop on the basis of ability,promote the development of agricultural information in the region.Therefore,based on the evaluation of agricultural information development in Qionglai city as the research object,through the domestic and foreign related development characteristics of agricultural informationization,the development of scientific research using literature analysis method,mathematical statistics method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of agricultural information system of Qionglai the discussion and study.First of all,in the relevant research results,through literature analysis,statistics and induction,the study summarizes the development of domestic and foreign agricultural informatization development,mainly from the history of agricultural informatization and agricultural informatization evaluation method two aspects were summarized,and research review.Secondly,through on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and related statistical yearbook of Qionglai city and data analysis,summarizes five aspects of the status quo of agricultural informatization development in Qionglai City: agricultural information infrastructure,agricultural human resources,agricultural information resources construction,the constructionand application of information technology in agricultural information service platform of agricultural construction.And in the five aspects of the status quo of agricultural information development in Qionglai city as the basis,using the Delphi method and AHP,establishes the evaluation index system of agricultural informatization development in Qionglai City,to determine the weight of the index related to the use of mathematical software,and a one-time inspection to comply with.On the basis of the index system,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the single factor evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of Qionglai agricultural informatization are analyzed,and the evaluation results are analyzed.Again,the combination of Qionglai city to analyze the problems existing in the process of the development of agricultural informatization is the actual development on the basis of the evaluation: the lack of agricultural investment,information infrastructure is not perfect;the lack of agricultural information service personnel,to improve the service quality;agricultural information service facilities are not complete,the construction is not reasonable;the application of agricultural information rate low,poor quality of service;agricultural industrialization level is low,lack of promotion of agricultural science and technology.Finally,according to the main problems existing in the development of agricultural informatization in Qionglai and the actual situation,formulate the main countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of agricultural informatization in Qionglai city are: to increase capital investment,improve the information infrastructure;vigorously develop information service personnel,security staff stability;strengthen agricultural information resource sharing,improve agricultural website construction;improve the application of information technology,strengthen the quality of service;to accelerate the pace of agricultural industrialization,the formation of large-scale information demand.
