Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of HS Company's Financial Shared Service

With the sustained economic development of the modern society,the economic globalization and business connection among the counties all over the world have become a trend,the Financial Shared Service is generating.As capital,technology,personnel and other resources in the global scope can be reconfigured,the market is becoming more and more global and international.The commercial strategies of most of the huge enterprises are focus on all over the world and started to use the new management mode--Financial Shared Service.Obviously,lots of advantages after operate the FSSC shown.For example,deduct the company operate costs,human costs down,improve the financial centralization management and make the work efficiency,also improve the quality of the financial data analysis.However,everything has two sides.How to solve the problems while operating the FSSC is the key point to make a breakthrough progress of this new management mode.In this paper,author takes the HS company's FSSC as a research case.On the one sides to study the research achievements of the domestic and foreign scholars,author has sorted the literature related to the Financial Shared Service since this theory appeared till now.To analysis the superiority and the improper rendering while operating the FSSC on the perspective of theory.On the other sides,introduce the localization of the FSSC organization,development target,working procedure and financial risk control of the research case HS FSSC,compared the related KPI of the FSSC implement before and after,to reveal the weakness of the FSSC on the perspective of practice and put forward some corresponding solutions.Except for making the progress the development of the HS FSSC,we look forward that this paper will make a guiding significance for the companies which are establishing the Financial Shared Service Center in China.
