Research On Interactive Relationship Between High Education And Regional Economy In Liaoning Province

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the relationship between education and social economy is becoming increasingly close.On the one hand,economic growth provides a material basis for educational development,and has a restrictive and guiding role in educational development.On the other hand,education provides an important knowledge base and technological achievements for economic development.Liaoning as an education servant who cultivates high-quality laborers for the local economy,it plays an important role in the economic development.Education is an intellectual support for economic development and provides important human resources to the development of Leaning’s economy.At the same time,Liaoning economy promotes the development of higher education.Obviously,coordinated development between education and economy is an important means to promote The Revitalization of Northeast Old Industrial Base.So using the which way to realize the coordinated development of higher education and local economy has become an urgent problem to be solved,and it has been attracted wide attention from all sectors of society.In this paper,under the background of The Revitalization of Northeast Old Industrial Base,taking Liaoning province as the research object,combining the domestic and foreign research results that about the coordinated development of higher education and regional economy,guiding by New Economic Growth Theory,Education External Relations Theory,Unbalanced Development Theory,the paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis interactive relationship between higher education and regional economy in Liaoning Province by using the methods of Educational Economics,Statistics and Astrology.The paper consists three parts.The first part,from the aspects of scale,structure and investment,the paper analyzes the current development state of higher education and economy in Liaoning Province and advices requirements to high education.The second part,the paper analyzes the interactive relationship between education and local economy in Liaoning province.Firstly,using Correlation Analvsis to verify the higher education and economic relationship in Liaoning Province.The result shows that higher education is the Granger cause of economic development,it means that higher education does play a role in promoting economic development.Secondly,using Principal Component Analysis and Gray Relational Analysis to analyze the correlation degree between the higher education level structure and industrial structure and the correlation degree between the class structure and its industrial structure.The result shows that the gray correlation degree between higher education structure and industrial structure is not high in Liaoning province,and higher education structure can not adapt to the requirements of industrial structure adjustment.Thirdly,from the aspect of layout,the paper analyzes current development of higher education and local economic in Liaoning province under strategic planning of "three economic circles" of Liaoning Province.The layout of higher education don’t adapt to its economic development and the layout of highereducation still needs to be improved.The third part,the paper analyzes the cause and put forward correspond countermeasures in order to promote the coordinated development between education and economy.First of all,the government should fully recognize the important role of higher education and accord to the level of provincial economic development,appropriately expanding the scale of higher education;secondly,according to the development needs of the regional industrial structure,adjusting the structure of higher education,specifically Clearing the education level of the training focus,highlighting their own school characteristics,not blindly following the trend.At last,under the guidance of the unbalanced development strategy,increasing support for less developed areas,constructing higher education center,strengthening exchanges and cooperation between universities,realize higher education resources sharing,promoting the coordinated development of higher education and regional economy.
