| In 1934,Mr.Tao Xingzhi formally proposed "Little Teacher System" in civilian education.Until today when quality education is implemented,"Little Teacher System" is still held up by general education and teaching workers and widely used in classroom teaching.The contemporary "Little Teacher System" is a kind of classroom teaching system which is conducted under "Little Teacher System" classroom teaching mode.In such mode,by taking the role of the teacher as "little teacher",students walk to the platform and lead other students to study,and participate in such teaching procedures as lesson preparation,summary and evaluation.Due to the differences in emergence background,education purpose,as well as the relative teaching time,space,education object and content,the contemporary "Little Teacher System" is quite different from the "Little Teacher System" proposed by Mr Tao Xingzhi.Selecting Hui Nationality Elementary School of Yongchang Street in Jinan as a case,this study deeply understands the practice status of its "Little Teacher System" classroom teaching.Combined with the time background and the pursuit of contemporary education,it also thinks rationally about the unique value of the contemporary "Little Teacher System" and the problems appearing in its classroom teaching practice,so as to push the "Little Teacher System" to keep pace with the times and better serve the education and teaching.The study finds:The characteristics of "Little Teacher System" classroom teaching are shown as following: the diversification of learning style,the standardization of classroom management,the institutionalization of transformation of backward students,as well as routinization of teachers’ teaching and research.The problems of "Little Teacher System" classroom teaching exist in such aspects as the opportunity inequality of “academic assistant”,the inadequate playing of the teacher’s leading role,the inadequate displaying of “academic assistant” personality,as well as the uniformity and hysteretic following up of students evaluation.By comparing different teaching practices of "Little Teacher System",this paper contemplates the relative theoretical problems in the implementation process: the education equality and education efficiency,students-orientation education and teacher-orientation education,life education and knowledge education,as well as the relationship between the teacher and students.Contemporary "Little Teacher System" gives consideration both to education equality and education efficiency,develops students-orientation education,pursues life noumenon and constructs democratic teacher-student relationship.On the basis of making case study and rational thinking,this paper prospects the practical development direction of "Little Teacher System",and puts forward some operational recommendations: implementing the integration mechanism of "Little Teacher System" and cooperative learning,setting up "little teacher" rotation system,timely playing the guiding role of teachers,establishing differentiated student assessment system and making the asynchronous propulsion according to the facts. |
