Life Aesthetics And Practical Wisdom

This paper takes Foucault’s aesthetic thoughts as the object of study,and discusses his ideological core of "caring for himself".By combing the development of life aesthetics and the evolution of Foucault’s thoughts,this article explores the realistic significance of Foucault’s aesthetic thoughts.The thesis is divided into three chapters: The first chapter explores the aesthetic process of "returning to life" and the necessity of the "life aesthetics" theory by combing the history of aesthetics and the process of its evolution.The second chapter focuses on combing the ideological trajectory of Foucault’s life,from the rights theory to the practical wisdom of caring himself,and then establishes the position of Foucault’s "subjectivity" theory and the practical significance of "caring for himself".The third chapter mainly discusses what is "life aesthetics" and the life direction in the category of aesthetics.
