Research And Application Of Urban Power Grid Planning Scheme

The city is the main load center of the power system,the urban power grid is one of the important infrastructure of urban modernization,the planning of urban power grid is directly related to the development of the city.The planning of urban power grid can meet the needs of the general public for electricity,facilitate dispatching and management of power grid,and avoid the occurrence of electric power accidents.In this paper,the concept and process of urban power network planning are introduced,focusing on the prediction of grid load and economic evaluation in the process of urban power grid planning.This paper expounds the background and significance of urban power grid planning,points out the key issues that should be paid attention to in power grid planning,and then objectively analyzes the current situation of urban power grid planning.The overall planning of urban power grid planning and its power supply facilities layout is introduced.The planning scope,duration and planning content of urban power grid planning are introduced in detail,and the substation,line and other aspects are introduced.The environmental impact of urban power grid planning and the economic evaluation of the project itself are expounded.Further study on load forecasting methods in power grid planning.Enumerate common load forecasting methods,through comparing their advantages and disadvantages,put forward the growth curve model to predict the load,using the model calculation formula and Matlab program to predict the load.In 2000 ~2014 years of electricity load forecast,the forecast results with the "13th Five-Year" planning by comparing the results of the analysis prove the rationality and validity of the change of the city's future load forecast.The economic evaluation of urban power network planning is studied,and the significance and method of technical evaluation are expounded.In view of the shortcomings of traditional evaluation,such as paying attention to calculation and ignoring organizational mechanism,the whole process closed loop management system of economic evaluation is put forward,and the economic evaluation of an actual project is carried out.In this paper,the examples are compared and verified,and the analysis is reasonable.
