| Maleic acid-Acrylic acid copolymer as a new phosphorus-free type of polycarboxylate detergent additives,gradually replaced the traditional or water pollution or poor decontamination effect of phosphate,4A zeolite,silicate and a series of Decontamination effect of a certain defective additives.The Maleic acid-Acrylic acid copolymer has good water solubility,but it has a poor effect on the scale inhibition of the phosphate.Therefore,it is necessary to modify the functional group having a decontamination effect on the basis of the Maleic acid-Acrylic acid copolymer To obtain a polymer washing aid which is superior in washing effect.This paper adopts the aqueous solution polymerization,based on Maleic acid-Acrylic acid,Sodium methallyl sulfonate(SMAS)and Styrene(St),Methacry Acid(MAA)and Acrylic Amide(AM),N,N-Dimethylacrylamide(DMAA)was modified to prepare good anti-redeposition effect of detergent.In this paper,the influence factors of copolymer of maleic acid and acrylic acid are discussed firstly,and in the basis of Maleic acid-acrylic copolymer added on the SMAS modified,then Maleic acid-Acrylic acid-Styrene copolymer on the basis of terpolymer modified by SMAS,then the Maleic acid-Acrylic acid-Styrene-Sodium methallyl sulfonate copolymer on the basis of adding MAA,AM,DMAA were modified,its purpose is to determine the modification conditions,get the detergent with good decontamination effect.The main results of this paper are as follows:1.Synthesis of Maleic acid-Mcrylic acid binary copolymer by aqueous solution polymerization,Initiator,SMAS,mercaptan,ratio of MA/AA are the role of regulating the molecular weight of the polymer was studied,the molecular weight of the polymer with the increase of the initiator,the increase of SMAS,the increase of the thiol,and the decrease of the molar ratio of MA/AA.2.Molar ratio of MA/AA is 1/2,SMAS on the copolymer of maleic acid and acrylic acid modified SMAS showed that the substitution percentage molar amount of AA was 20%and the soluble polymer matrix was getting better,instead of more than 10%AA when the washing effect of polymer that anti-redeposition effects well,the modification of SMAS with good reproducibility,the trend of white degree difference washing cloth;Maleic acid-Acrylic acid-Styrene terpolymer was modified with SMAS,when molar ratio of MA/AA are 1/4,1/6,1/8,St accounted for 12%,when the SMAS content reached more than 10%,any MA-AA more than of the terpolymer showed a clear and transparent state,the polymer and JJ matrix has good compatibility,with the CX matrix,but the solubility was not good,and improve the whiteness of rate data show that the two conditions of SMAS accounted for 7.2%and 11.1%can be more prominent.3.MAA of Maleic acid-Acrylic acid-Styrene-Sodium methallyl sulfonate copolymer modified conditions for Maleic anhydride/Acrylic acid molar ratio of 1/8,St accounted for 12%,SMAS accounted for 11.1%and 7.2%respectively.The appearance of MAA four copolymer clear degree,the viscosity of the polymer(molecular weight),and the matrix phase solubility properties have little effect on carbon and clay under the system of polyester and cotton whiteness increase rate has not been improved obviously.AM is in Maleic anhydride/Acrylic acid molar ratio of 1/8 and St accounted for 12%,SMAS accounted for 11.1%of the conditions of modification,With a small amount of(5%)AM was modified on the viscosity of the polymer matrix,and the appearance and the miscibility has little effect,and when the substitution amount is higher than 10%,will adversely affect the appearance of the polymer,the polymer becomes cloudy.The results of comprehensive viscosity and white degree performance are obtained for the best experimental conditions when the substitution of AM is 10%.The condition of modified of DMAA is the same with AM,with the increase of DMAA content at the same time,the solution turbidity and flocculent material increases,increasing the brightness rate fell sharply,but the negative substitution amount 35%,and could there are many associated polymer.When the DMAA content reaches 50%,the solution is clear and transparent,the polymer chain in aqueous solution can be fully extended,hydrophilic and hydrophobic functional groups can give full play to the role,therefore,in the matrix of CX Clay-Polyester and Clay-Cotton Systems in the two systems improve the whiteness of rate improved. |
